We enjoy the conveniences of city life but always look forward to getting away from all the noise, that’s what brought us to Bethel.
This house is our third home built together in Bethel. We are happy with how it all turned out and excited to share this relaxing retreat with others.

Our house sits on just over 2 acres of land with a large backyard and sun filled deck and distant mountain views. Situated in the quiet Winter Park Development, our property provides the best of everything in the Bethel/Newry area. Just a short ride to the quaint downtown Bethel shops and restaurants, we are a 15 min drive to the base on Sunday River and Mount Abram ski areas and just 20 minutes from downtown Gorham, NH with more shops and restaurants.
Our community is located off Flat Road an awesome quiet stretch of road for long walks or cycling. We are close several hiking trails from beginner to advanced, and a public boat launches for kayaking, canoeing or fishing.
The beauty and stillness of nature is felt from the moment you arrive. Whether you want to relax and rejuvenate or adventure and thrill seek, its all just a few steps away!
