Paisaje marino 3009 está muy bien decorado casa de dos pisos ciudad situada en la calle de una de las mejores playas de la isla. Esta villa tiene wifi gratis. El nivel principal de esta villa dispone de una amplia sala de estar y comedor. Disfrute de una cena al aire libre en la terraza ubicada junto a la sala de estar con vista a la piscina de agua salada. La cocina está totalmente equipada con todos los electrodomésticos modernos y hay una lavadora / secadora fijado a un lado.

Los dos dormitorios se encuentran en el segundo piso. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size con cabecera en colores pastel de color verde claro tiene una cómoda larga a juego. Esta habitación tiene una pared de ventanas que dan a la piscina de agua salada. Hay un televisor de pantalla plana en la habitación y el baño principal tiene una combinación de ducha / bañera.

El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen y una cama matrimonial con edredones decorados con conchas marinas. Hay un televisor de pantalla plana en el segundo dormitorio. Un cuarto de baño con una ducha de pie se encuentra en el pasillo directamente al otro lado de la habitación.

Paisaje marino villas tienen una sensación de relajación, sub-tropical que ofrece dos piscinas, senderos para caminar y una serie de lagunas con puentes de conexión.

También hay una playa privada Cabana se encuentra en el océano para el uso exclusivo de los propietarios y huéspedes del paisaje marino. La cabaña incluye duchas exteriores y un baño separado para hombres y mujeres.

Great Complex, Disappointing Condo

Great location

This property is in a great location. Very close to beach, shops and restaurants. The unit was clean. The only thing I would say was disappointing was the bathrooms. They are very out dated and small. The 2nd bathroom has a tiny toilet. Made for a kid or a very small person. All in all the unit was good.

Perfect for us!

We have been staying at various Seascape Villas for over 20 years. Sometimes we find a favorite and then repeat it until it's unavailable or the price jumps. This was our first time in this unit- and I was a little worried because of some of the other reviews. Once we arrived- we were quite pleased. The unit is slightly "tired"- there are updates- but not as many as in other units. Quite honestly, the other units updates have, in my opinion, driven the prices up far too high. We appreciated this unit for what it was. It was clean. The furniture was comfortable. The beds and bedding were perfectly fine. The black out blinds in the bedrooms WORK! The kitchen was very well outfitted- coffee pot and Keurig. As of October 2021, there were 3 beach chairs and a beach cart. It is right next to the pool- but shielded by lovely palm trees. (The pool had a closed sign- but another person told us we were still allowed to swim. That seemed odd- so we did not- but if the pool is important to you- check to make sure open in the fall). The back deck had a table and chairs as well as plastic Adirondack chairs. We did not use the grill. The absolute BEST part of the condo was that it was at the front of the complex. Literally steps from the beach cross over. We've stayed at the back of the complex before- and that can be a long hot walk. This was super quick. There is a beach cabana- we did not find the code in the condo- but another resident shared it with us. The only two things that would have improved our stay would have been brighter light bulbs and keyless coded entry. (That's the one upgrade we missed). Obviously, those are certainly not a big deal. Some of the other reviews complained about bugs- we saw none. All of the units have stairs- this ones rails were high and close together- felt plenty safe. And most of the units have small tight bathrooms. We all chose to shower in the master bathtub- it was roomier and had more light- but that was just preference. We have nothing bad to say about the unit! Loved it! It's not as fancy as some- but that was perfectly fine with us. I did already peek to see about booking in June- I was surprised by the price jump- but will still keep it on our list!

The condo does seem to have newer floors on the 1st floor and furniture was nice.

I would not reccomend this property for families with children. Bathrooms and kitchen are really small. I did t get the beach vibe from the house decor it needs some tlc. Plan to have gates due to stairs if you ha e small children.

What we expected

We had a wonderful week with beautiful weather. Our favorite part about the unit was its proximity to the pool area and the short walk to the beach. The unit was clean enough with plenty of fresh towels and linens for the four of us. They provide two tablets for the dish washer to start you off and a small dish soap. The bathroom also has a bar of soap, and travel shampoo and conditioner for your first night. On arrival we did find a cockroach in one of the kitchen cabinets. We understand this does happen in this environment, but something we noted. I would recommend bringing a few additional dish towels as there was only one in the unit. As others have mentioned, the T.V.’s could use an upgrade to HD. Also, the bathrooms are very small and starting to show their age with peeled/chipped cabinetry. Due to Covid we ate-in most nights and this is where our biggest frustration with cleaning might be. We enjoy grilling and it was very nice to watch the kids in the pool while my husband and I enjoyed a drink on the deck and grilled. The first time we turned the grill on a large grease fire started. It appeared as if the grill/ grease pan had not been cleaned in a very long time. I ran to find a fire extinguisher (just in case) and could not find one anywhere. To make the matter worse we could not move the propane tank because the owner has it locked with a bicycle lock and we were not provided the code. Once we cleaned the grill it was fine. Also, the owner DOES NOT provide the propane. When we ran out of propane and did not have the code to remove the tank, I called Vacation Time and spoke with Terry. She apologized for the inconvenience and told me they would handle it in the morning. This was fine with us. When we returned to the unit the next day after being on the beach all day the tank had not been changed out. When I called again, they said that the owner does not provide the propane, they gave me the code to the bike lock and was told to go fill it myself. After a day at the beach and a few drinks, this was not something we wanted to do and was an inconvenience. Overall, the unit was what we needed, but we would probably not stay in this one again. There were just little things that we felt the owner could provide/upgrade inexpensively that would make guests feel a little more comfortable.

Expectations Met

Facility was totally what we expected. Easily accessible, beach access was right across the street and nice easy walk. The pool area was very pleasing and seemed cozy tucked in the midst of the other condos. Checkin staff was very accessible to answer questions and assist. I would say one thing, the directions to the condo are right on but the directions we received didn't say the check-in was down the street. We quickly figured it out. Post Covid - felt very safe!

Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to seascape for over 30 years and this unit has been completely remodeled in the living room and that is it. The villa is super clean and very convenient to the pool (right off the deck) and the beach path is right out the front door! If you are a TV watcher, good luck. The TVs are tiny, 2nd bedroom tv didn’t even work. But we’re not on vacation to watch tv so that really wasn’t an issue. The bathrooms upstairs are very tiny and ate in need of some updates. Beds are very comfy and clean! I love how this villa as all the beach items you will need! From chairs, an umbrella, and even a cart! Our family always enjoys Hilton head, so it’s hard to complain about anything, but with that being said, this condo needs some updating compared to other condos in the complex.
