Welcome to our lovely second floor villa, just steps away from the beautiful ocean and the island's 50 miles of public bicycle paths and nature trails. This vacation home is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts who love exploring nature preserves, beaches, and indulging in water sports and zip line adventures. And for those who enjoy shopping, there are plenty of shops to explore.

Living Spaces:
Inside the villa, you'll find beautiful hardwood flooring in the dining and living room, as well as both of the bedrooms.

Accommodations:
Upstairs, you'll discover two cozy bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. The master bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed and a 55" TV, while the second bedroom has two full-sized beds and a 44" TV.

Nice villa in a great location

We had a great stay. The villa is clean and comfortable. The complex is very nice and the location is perfect for a quick bike ride to the beach and Coligny.

Nice stay

Good stay, 5m walk to beach and 18m walk to Cologny. Pool was good for families, tables were available by the pool. Would have been nice to salt/pepper and dishwasher detergent in the kitchen area.

Great Stay!

Villa was spotless and in a great location, Cannot say enough about Hilton head property rentals. What a surprise to find chocolate covered strawberries on our front door on Valentines day. GREAT customer service. Will absolutely rent from them again!!

First time staying somewhere other than Palmetto Dunes and was pleasantly surprised. Nice condo and the Explorie package made it well worth the price. Only drawback was the balcony is tiny.

Great spot for families

our family traveled with 2 adults & 3 kids and this was just the right amount of space to fit our needs. The area is quiet and the pool is close. Our youngest is almost 4 & had he been any younger, I would have had a lot of trouble with the spiral staircase off the back deck to access the pool. It is TIGHT and not for anyone with any impairments or mobility issues. Steps to the exterior were fine but know this is a second floor unit. Beds were fine, pillows not as much. Beach towels (6) were great.

the inside

it was ok, but it needed updating. the beds were comfortable but the bathrooms needed some repair. the living room was also just ok and needed some new furniture and carpet. appliances in the kitchen were ok but the dishwasher did not do a good job at all. hilton head was very responsive when we needed anything which we appreciated, but the unit needed a better cleaning

Clean, Cool, Comfy, and Convienient

We had a great time at this property. It was clean, A/C was nice and cool, TVs and internet were great. Easy walk to Coligny, and even an easier quicker walk to the public access beach. We had no problem with the ~5 min walk to the public access beach. Courtyard pool is nice, however I wish it opened earlier than 10AM. Courtyard balconies are not very private as you quasi-share (with a partial divider) with your neighbor and you can easily chat with a dozen or so neighbors who might also be out on their balcony. This is a great location, however. Super easy walks to the beach and Coligny...very short drive to many shops and places to eat. Walking distance to tennis courts.

Family Summer Vacay

Overall stay was great. Condo clean and within walking distance of local gathering spots, beach, shopping, dining, etc. plenty of space for our party of five! Only complaints are: Internet poor; temperature of upstairs bedrooms quite warm and could use ceiling fans; and master bedroom needs room darkening blinds to keep morning sun at bay and lower temperature of room. Also, the condo complex sprayed bleach to clean exterior of all units during the middle of the day making it a slight challenge to enter and exit the property. Stairwells were very slippery from the spray. We would definitely return to this particular complex but perhaps not this individual condo due to warmth of upstairs.

Quiet and spacious beach home

Everything was close to as listed in the description. I was impressed with how quiet the villa was. It is in a large complex and all the guests seemed to be respectful and mellow. Not a party place which was very good for our family. the courtyard made it feel more peaceful. it's on a quiet street. the walk to the beach was not too far. maybe a little more that 2 city blocks but easily do-able as there are cut throughs you are allowed to use at the beach side resorts. the home we stayed in was a little older than when the pictures were taken, so the carpet was older and the upstairs hallway smelled musty. There were also a few slats missing on one of the bedroom blinds. The kitchen had everything we needed, except the two cutting knives were not very good. Great big tv's in all rooms. The house was clean and extras such as soaps, beach towels, laundry detergent. etc. was provided. (You may need extra if your stay is more than a few days). Overall my family really liked this place as it was quiet, clean, in a good location, and pretty well attended to. The managment company was very easy to work with. There are wide bike paths everywhere which was very cool! We really enjoyed our stay.
