The house is beautiful! Very comfortable and has plenty of room .The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. The kids loved the ping pong table and games. The house is in a great location, close to shopping and restaurants. I highly recommend!

Awesome lake house experience

We loved the layout and accommodations of this house. The location was perfect. We rented a pontoon for two days and we’re able to keep it at the dock. It was a lovely fire pit after hours and all of the bedrooms and kitchens were perfect.!

Wonderful large home, perfect for our book club of seven ladies. Neighborhood was not as nice as the house but typical for Lake properties. House was spotless with the exception of master bathroom shower. I have notified owner about a couple of plumbing and equipment issues that we had. Very nice stay in a lovely home.

Our family of 13 thoroughly enjoyed our time at your beautiful home! Kitchen was very spacious and well stocked. The number of bedroom/bathroom combos were a perfect match for our group. TVs, Basement games, books, puzzles were all very entertaining, so were the hot-tub and lake activities. We appreciate the child lock above basement door very much…wish the one near front door was working. Upstairs carpet could be better, but each bathroom was very modern since renovation. Kids playroom was a big favorite with our little ones

Perfect stay!

Beautiful home that fit our need for everyone to have their own bedroom and bathroom. We were a group of 5 siblings and 4 spouses ranging in age from 71 to 80. Dinner every night on the porch overlooking the lake. Fire pit every night was perfect ending to each day!

Christmas trip

The home was very spacious & beautifully furnished. The owners had thoughtfully furnished lots of extras for the kitchen area & extra bath toiletries. We wanted to relax for a few days after the Christmas rush & this home was perfect. We didn’t get to enjoy all the amenities because of the weather but plan to make a return trip this summer. Thank you.

This host and home are amazing!! The home -The online descriptions and photos are MORE THAN ACCURATE! The home is very clean and spacious. It was perfect for our family. Our adult kids loved the hot tub, ping pong table and dock, our 3yr old granddaughter loved the huge connect four and room to sit and draw while watching the huge tv’s, my wife and I loved the access to the screened in porch from the master bedroom, the master bathroom with the OVERSIZED tub and of course the layout of the home. We were able to have some in the kitchen cooking while others were at the dinner table and living room so everyone always felt connected when they were on the main level. This home is well stocked with everything you could possibly think of. The ONLY thing we did not find was a rolling pin! We laughed at how there was everything else’s you could think of, except a rolling pin lol lol, but it was no biggie, I was able to roll out my dough with a cup! If we could give this home a 100 it still wouldn’t be enough! The host-They were VERY communicative from the very beginning. They answered every question we had and were very prompt with their response. They even offered to go and buy a huge pot when I wondered if the ones they had were big enough for what we were going to cook. I don’t think we’ve ever encountered host this perfect. We would definitely stay again!

JD’s house was great. Love the space and the lake access. We really enjoyed swimming and the dock. The kitchen freezer was not working during our stay which was a slight inconvenience. Otherwise everything was perfect. Would love to come back again.

We gave a five star rating. An outstanding house with a good lake view. Would be excellent for boating but weather forecast was bad and we didn’t go boatingTwo minor items.. we couldn’t the front door bolt to work from the outside. Had to lock from inside and exit through garage. Secondly, would be even nicer if you cut vines off of trees leading to lake and could have trees man cut lower limbs to better the view

What a Wonderful Home

We were so lucky to be able to stay in such a beautiful lake house JD Sanchez the management couldn't have been more helpful. She was available 24-7. I have never stayed in an VROB that had such great management. She went beyond what ever she was asked. It would be our pleasure to work with her again. If you are looking for a lake house that has everything this is it. Thanks again JD for a great experience

Fantastic Lake Escape

Awesome time at an awesome location. Couldn’t have been a better spot for this lake getaway with our family and friends. Ages ranged from 9-17 for all the kids and the adults were like kids too on the water with all the toys. We brought our own inflatable paddle boards but were pleasantly surprised with the lake toys and rafts already at the awesome boat dock. Between the lake fun, the tubing on the boat we rented for the week from Paradise Rentals, the boat excursions and fishing, it was hard to determine our favorite part! Definitely just unplugging and spending time with fam and friends no doubt. We will be back again. The host was great and very communicative when we had questions.

Outside Patio dirty, spider webs abundant, no shampoo or body wash in any of the bathrooms, one hair dryer for 7 adult women, 2 showers with no drainage, BBQ Grill and utensils filthy so did not use. 2 Paddle Boards and one Lilly Pad for Lake toys. Interior of home excellent.

I am from Florida, born and raised. I was in the hospitality sector for 20 years and then I started my real estate career, which also included investing and managing properties. It just seemed like the right fit to combine the 2 career paths. Georgia stole my heart, and I fell in love with the lake life even though in Florida it's the beach/salt life. I love being outside, nature, and especially the water. I could easily jet ski, go for a hike, or sit back and enjoy a good book. I am also an animal lover, especially dogs. Well, my dog. They just bring so much joy. I am also a mother of 2 girls, and they keep me busy and entertained. I love seeing them explore the outdoors vs being on a tablet. Going on vacations with my family, and sometimes my dog, and the way we bond over the experience, makes me want to help my guests feel the same way. I want my guests to enjoy their family and/or friends and make some memories that last a lifetime! Sometimes it's not the place but the feeling of when you are on vacation. That's my goal for all my guests.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

I love the views and the slower pace. Lake Lanier has the busier, more city-like , southern end, but I loved the peacefulness of the northern end of the lake. Less boats out, less crowd, more peace. The property has views from almost every room, a screened deck, a fire pit, a swing, 2 boat slips, more deck on the lower level, a basement with a game room and a Peloton(bring your shoes), 2 kitchens, a hot tub, I mean you don't even have to leave the house to enjoy it with your family. Many lake front homes have a very steep backyard. I also really liked the walkability and ability to actually use and enjoy the backyard. There are beautiful trees everywhere, birds, squirrels, and even deer, all year round. It's just beautiful to sit, breathe, and enjoy the property and the lake.

We are quite a large property, inside and out. We have a hot tub, 3 dining areas, a double dock slip with an observation deck, a large driveway, fireplace, fire pit, 2 kitchens, and the cutest kid's room. We have 4 rooms with king beds and en suite bathrooms. It is a perfect place for a large family to enjoy, where everyone has their own space.
