Nuestra fabulosa casa de lago, Manor Lee, se encuentra en más de 2 hectáreas y ofrece todo lo que puedas necesitar o desear para las mejores vacaciones. Hay 9200 pies cuadrados en 3 niveles con 2700 pies cuadrados de cubierta, 600 pies de costa en aguas profundas, además de una piscina de tecnología de guijarros con toneladas de deckstone campo con vistas al lago, un campo de voleibol de arena completa y un Pequeña cancha de baloncesto. Tenemos un muelle cerrado con cubierta de fiesta en la parte superior ofreciendo completa privacidad sin otros muelles de barcos a la vista. Además, hay 2 plataformas de esquí de jet y espacio para amarrar 2 barcos. Ventanas en la parte trasera de la casa en todos los niveles ofrece fabulosas vistas al lago en 3 lados con las puestas de sol más increíbles que he visto.

Este es un lugar perfecto para vacaciones, reuniones familiares, retiros ejecutivos y cualquier ocasión especial para recuerdos duraderos.

La cocina grande y muy bien surtida tiene capacidad para 10 personas en la mesa del desayuno y en el bar. Comedor con capacidad para 10 personas.

Dos salas de estar separadas en el nivel principal con bar húmedo y máquina de hielo y doble cara pila de chimenea apedreada. Una habitación tiene una gran televisión de alta definición. El otro ofrece una zona de descanso más tranquila ideal para relajarse conversación, lectura, juegos, etc

2 master suites con camas king, una en el nivel principal y una en el nivel de la terraza, tanto con baños privados. Uno incluye un pequeño vivero / sala de estar fuera de la habitación y el otro tiene una ducha de vapor en el baño. Además, en el nivel principal hay 2 dormitorios con baño, un baño adicional de 1/2 y un cuarto de lavado.

En el nivel de la terraza, además de los tres dormitorios y el baño, hay una sala de recreación con TV de pantalla grande, un enorme sofá seccional, minibar con refrigerador y microondas y una mesa de billar, pin ball, ciempiés, dardos, libros y juegos en abundancia con doble Puertas que conducen a la zona de la piscina. Otro baño completo se encuentra fuera de la sala de juegos. También hay un segundo cuarto de lavado en este nivel.

Arriba, encontrará 2 dormitorios grandes con camas tamaño queen, un área para dormir pequeña con 2 camas individuales, en una alcoba al entrar al gimnasio, hay una cama tamaño queen, en el extremo opuesto del salón de ejercicios hay un sofá cama doble. y un sofá cama de tamaño completo ubicado en la sala de estar. Hay una sala de ejercicios con espejo completo, con cinta ergométrica, Stairmaster, bicicletas reclinadas y de papelería, pesas libres, banco, una estación de 4 puntos de peso y mucho, mucho más.

Our family had a fantastic week on lake Lanier. Colin’s property was perfect for the 12 of us. Lots of space to hang out together and still have space to ourselves. The pool area is great and is where we spent most of our time. Can’t wait to see what updates he makes in the future!

Family Reunion

We absolutely love this place. This was our families 12th time staying here for the week. We had the most excellent time swimming in the pool, playing yard games we brought, & “Bobbin “ in the lake all afternoon!! The only bad thing is that the week went too fast! Just had the best week of 2025, and now Looking forward next year!!

Great lake house for family/friends gathering!

Awesome property on Lake Lanier for a gathering of family and friends. Communication prior to our arrival with property manager was excellent. House had everything we needed for long weekend. Dock at the house perfect for our pontoon boat rental. While the decor is a bit dated, that did not all detract from our enjoyment. Would definitely book again.

Wonderful Time

The house accommodated our family of 11. It’s large enough so we could gather, and everyone had space for alone time. The grounds are beautiful with many views of the lake. Maurice, the property manager, is excellent! We had a wonderful Thanksgiving and plan to return next year.

Summer Fun

The house was just as described and the pictures were very accurate. The house was huge and there was plenty of space for all of us. Our family enjoyed the lake, the dock, the pool, the hot tub, the volleyball court, and everything the house had to offer. We rented a boat one day and had a great day on the lake. Would recommend this location to everyone. We did not get to meet Maurice, but talked with him on the phone. He assured us that he was there to help us in any way he was needed. Great vacation!

Beautiful location

We have been to several locations on Lake Lanier and this is our favorite. The lake here is not real busy, kids and adults swam from dock, easily accessed for toys and fun.

So much room

Maurice is amazing! He showed us around and how everything works, greatly appreciated! We loved the space and amenities - so many! The house was clean and pool & hot tub was cleaned again while we were there. We stayed nine days and hated to leave. The rooms are sound proof too - we couldn’t hear anything from the rooms- nice. We would love to stay there again - it is a great place for any season.

Wonderful visit

The house is perfect for family gatherings. There were 10 of us, and we could sit at the dining room table. Maurice, the property manager, went above and beyond to see that we had a comfortable stay. Would highly recommend this property.

As promised

Large clean home with pretty much everythingwe needed to be comfortable and to spend time catching up with old freinds. Property is dated, but everything worked fine and everyone was happy with the house. We had 6 couples and everyone had their own room and bathroom.

Wonderful Family vacation

We keep coming back to this house for our family vacations! The location right on the water, away from speeding boats makes this house the perfect place to bob in the lake all afternoon. There is plenty to do for all ages. We loved the pool and volley ball court and huge deck. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. It’s a perfect fit for our family.

Annual Family Getaway

We have been doing an annual family getaway to Lake Lanier with the kids and grandkids. This is by far the best property we have stayed. Pool, spa, amenities, boat dock, everything was as advertised. Maurice and his team did a great job cleaning the house, changing to new linens and setting out fresh towels. No issues at all during our stay. Two things to consider. While the home is right on the lake, the lake view from the house and yard is obstructed by trees. Also, the steps down to the lake are fine, but the climb back up is for those in good health due to the incline. We plan to return.

Fantastic stay at Lake Lanier!

We had a fabulous time during our stay. The home is quite spacious, and even with our large group of 15, we did not feel at all crowded. The outdoor amenities of the pool, hot tub and multiple decks were beautiful. Our crew played volleyball on the sand court every day. It was great being able to park two boats at the dock, and have access to big water for watersports right next to the cove where the home is located. Maurice was easy to communicate with and super helpful! If there is one negative, it's the fact that there are 3 bedrooms on the upper level, and well as bonus sleeping space, but only one bathroom. An additional bathroom upstairs would greatly enhance the comfort on that floor. We would definitely return, as a great time was had by all!

Most Popular Aunt.

We met Maurice and Dee who take care of the house and property. They made sure that everything was perfect and clean. We were a party of 13 family members who needed time together to relax and have fun. There are plenty of bedrooms and other places to sleep. It was nice having family dinners together every night at the large dining table. There are large areas for sitting and talking. When you needed a quiet place to be, you were able to escape both in/outdoors. We brought a jet ski and used the boat house. The lake was fantastic. The pool and hot tub were a nice treat for those who did not go in the lake. If all goes well we may make this a regular family gathering.

I'll begin this review telling you that I am a type-A, clean freak and this property exceeded my expectations. The pictures on VRBO do not do this place justice.
It is very clean, large, and extremely accommodating to a large group. We expected to have a party of 25 for a 75th Birthday celebration for my Father in Law, a few couldn't make it at the last minute, but we still ended up with 20, age ranges from 18 months to 75 years old. We had plenty of room so that no one felt crowded (and would not have been crowded even with the full crew). The property has something for everyone from R&R, volleyball, hot tubing, gaming, pool time, and then there was the lake of course which feels private and secluded! Several in our group enjoyed using the kayak and going across the lake to explore the island. My husband jumped off the top of the boathouse & all the kids loved trying to fish off the side. The house is stocked with anything and everything that you could possibly need...we loved having two ice machines separate from the multiple refrigerators.
I can not speak highly enough about this property or of Julie and Maurice. Julie worked hard to help us with booking and Maurice gave us a through and detailed tour of the house...which was perfect because we knew where everything was every time anyone needed anything! Towels for bathing, beach towels, all the linens, dishes, life jackets, toys...you seriously only need yourself, clothes & food to enjoy this property. I hope that we can return one day!
I'll also add that our full deposit was returned the day after we left.
Can't ask for more than that! Excellent customer service!
