We had a great stay at this lovely home. When we had questions, Aaron was very prompt in responding. We enjoyed the pool, would have enjoyed it even more with warmer weather. The house was very clean, and the fenced in back yard was perfect for our dog. Would be happy to visit again should we get back to the area

Everything was absolutely fabulous! Awesome location to the beach and golfing! The owner was always available with any questions we had. I would definitely go back and recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the area!

Beautiful

Our family traveled here from PA after being on the road for hours, check in was easy, communication with property manager was impeccable, he was very prompt with returning calls or texts. The home was clean and very well put together. The pool was my kids favorite part. Little drive to the beach englewood was 15 mins away which was not bad at all. Definitely would recommend for family to stay!

Friends vacay

Excellent location for going to multiple beaches. The house was wonderful, full ammenities, including a pool. Aaron, the host, responded quickly when we had minor issues. Issue was resolved right away. I would stay again, for sure.

Beautiful home - not well maintained. Furniture is not comfortable - washing machine didn't work so we had to go to a laundromat and overall house needs a deep cleaning. Property manager was very responsive. I wouldn't book it again. Property is also a fair distance to restaurants, shops and beaches.

I want to thank you for your honesty and criticism of the property. These allow me to better serve the next guests and maximize on making my property 5 stars. I will look into less trendy furniture and try to find something in the middle to accommodate our older guests as well. The description of the property does suggest we are in a home community and not a commercial subdivision, we also had a bridge being repaired by the property and it may caused more time to your destination. We are less than 10 min from 7 restaurants that are fantastic for dining in or out. One of those restaurants is nationally recognized and has appeared in many magazines. The home is located and is designed for guests who enjoy peace and quiet, privacy, family time, and the close proximity to 2 beaches without the high cost. I apologize for the washing machine which was fried by lightning along with my irrigation pump, and pool pump. Pool pump was repaired quickly. New washer was picked up by me and dropped off to the home, I could not install it due to falling out of the back of my trailer and sprained my ankle. I showed you the sprain and how swollen it was, you said you understood. The fans are cleaned 4 times a year as well as cabinets wiped out. Over all, the pet friendly home is in a very reasonable price range and well maintained according to all the other guests reviews. Your two beautiful dogs enjoyed their time as well? Again thank you for your honesty and I have and will always improve this property.

Nice house & location

House was clean and beds were comfortable, however, the couch/chairs in LR were not. Couch can only seat 2 adults and the small arm chars were not too comfortable. LR needs a larger, more comfortable couch/seating. But the patio & pool were very inviting, neighborhood quiet and safe. Very much enjoyed our week!

Loved this place! Absolutely amazing.The rooms were huge and clean, pool was gorgeous, kitchen was absolutely perfect and living room huge. Great location in terms of accessibility and felt very safe. We had a wonderful time!

Immaculate home, total perfection in every way! The host, Aaron was excellent, prompt in communication, and went above and beyond. The home is clean, and comfortable, and had everything we needed. Check in was super easy. Definitely 5 stars plus!

Rotunda West Rental

We were very happy with the home, property management and the ease of the rental. The office was a perfect 4th bedroom that we needed. The desk is a Murphy bed.

Summer vacation 2024

We loved our stay here!!! Aaron was so helpful and nice during our stay. The property had everything we needed to feel at home. We loved the pool and patio area. We also loved the open space for the living area. It was clean and well maintained. The area that it is in was nice and convenient to a lot of places. It really made it hard to leave when our stay was finished.

Great vacation stay

Had a great family vacation. The house and property were perfect for us. Large two car garage to get the vehicle out of the sun. The pool was clean and sitting area was comfortable with plenty of patio furniture. The house itself has a great open layout. The beds were very comfortable and the master suit was beautiful. Cleaners did a great job. I met Aaron the property manager, (good guy!) He was very attentive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this property !

Rotunda Getaway

Clean, comfortable, and just as described in the listing. Enjoyed the pool and privacy of having vacant lots to the sides, and tree coverage behind; really makes the pool area very cozy. Check-in was painless. Aaron was very pleasant, and communicated promptly upon check-in, and left us to our vacation the rest of the time, but was just a text message away if we needed anything. Location is a perfect launching pad to all the southwest gulf coast has to offer and there are enough local amenities nearby satisfy basic needs. Overall just a great stay. Would rent this property again without hesitation.

Large house, close to everything

We enjoyed staying at this large house. Was perfect size for our family. Kitchen had essential basic cookware and dishes and bathrooms were stocked well with towels. You’ll need to buy your own basics like detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, cooking oils and spices. Property was great, loved the poolside. Pool was very clean. We think someone came to clean it one day while we were out which is nice but we didn’t know they were coming, so it was odd to come back and have the patio situation look different. Check in and check out was easy, location was central to everything we wanted to do - would recommend this property.

Another successful vacation...

The house was wonderful as advertised. Aaron was a great host. Visiting Boca Grande our favorite beach was our favorite as usual. It was nice to have nearly any movie streaming service available during our vacation. The only thing I would upgrade on this house is the couch. The sink is a little high tech but once you get the hang of it its all good. I would stay in this community again as it is nice and a great area. Super nice house with almost any amenity you need available so you don't have to purchase so many items. Enjoyed talking to Aaron about similar hobbies. Thanks again! -Matt Hagans

Disgusting property condition and abusive owner

When we arrived at the property, it wasn't cleaned properly, there were pubic hairs in the shower and soap scum, dirty toothbrush holders. The outdoor area was filthy black all over the floor with rugs that have gone green and slimy from mould. The air conditioning cuts off as it is old and leaks all over the garage floor. The kettle doesn't boil and also leaks, the oven is dirty, the bbq with old food in" isn't his responsibility" apparently it's up to renters to maintain?! You will hear nothing from the owner before arrival, zero contact. If you need anything, he is rude and will tell you to fix things yourself. We had to get a neighbour to help us. The owner lives around the corner and entered the property when we aren't in without consent, I know this as he said he turned the fans off when we were out. There is no alarm on the doors for the pool, he states this isn't a legal requirement for a rental. I'm not so sure. When we left, the owner complained he had to clean the property- there were fingerprints on the windows - yes we have children this is to be expected. I have paid a fortune for a rental, I am not dusting it as I leave. He also stated our children"pissed on the toilet" his words not mine, yes generally that's what you do on a toilet but he wasn't happy about it. Please do not rent from this arrogant man.who also tries to send you a charge for extra cleaning after your rental. I asked for specifics of what this for and the above is what he came back with.
