Family Vacation

The house layout is great. Plenty of room. The pool is awesome. We traveled to Manasota Beach each day, took around 25 minutes to get there. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful house

It was perfect for our family with teens and grown adults. The only thing was the write up said pool heat can be set but the pool is solar heated so first few days with no sun was a little cooler water than we would like but was still an awesome set up with the canals on both sides. We would definitely stay again in future

Absolutely perfect!

We went to this beautiful place for our annual girls trip. The house, the pool, the location… perfect! We were able to visit 7 different beaches in close proximity to the house. The property was fascinating with the fruit trees and canal. The ripe bananas were amazing. I want to come back and bring my husband and grandkids! Our host Erik was readily available when we needed him. Would definitely stay here again!

Stay in Rotonda West

Was a nice place most everything we needed sad the weather was bad only used the nice pool once but that’s Florida in winter!! Not enuf wash cloths or kitchen towels and a lot of ghost ants on kitchen counters most days but they are harmless.Should be addressed though!

We are a couple from England, we stayed for 18 nights in April. The rental was a large villa on the main road and a bridge outside, noise was only heard when large trucks crosses it at speed. We had hot sunny days for the whole of our stay and it was reported that for the first time since last year it reached 90 degrees. Pool temperature was okay for us. The outside area was very large with a good shaded area which suited us. We did find the shower in the master bathroom lacked force.

Relaxing Vacation! Recommend!

Week long vacation for just husband and I - had a great vacation. This house is clean, nice location near several of our favorite beaches such as Stumps Pass, Manasota Beach and Boca Grande, which are approx. 15 minutes away. Drove further one day to spend the day at Sanibel Island, another favorite beach. Pool here is heated, solar and electric or gas (not sure which) but perfect warm temp. Husband caught several fish in the canal almost every day (he caught and released)- while I enjoyed the pool. Master bed is comfortable, neighborhood is quiet and nice, house is beautiful with everything you need. We will definitely check availability with our next trip back to this area. Great communication with owner and host - Definitely recommend!

Perfect Vacation home

This house was great, very clean,I loved the warm pool… quiet neighborhood , it was so relaxing ,communication with the host (Laynie ) was excellent , overall we had a great stay and will definitely reserve again

Super Place to Rest

We were looking for the perfect place to take a much needed break and this was it. House is clean... landscape is beautiful... pool was perfect for soaking.... located in a private location. Loved it! Also, the property manager was great as well!

We found this home very clean, excellent cooking utensils for renters who prefer to cook, nice heated pool. Great place in a quiet neighborhood.

Beautiful home in quiet neighborhood.

We had sun the entire week, so the solar heated pool was perfect! The yard is beautifully landscaped, which made for lovely scenery while hanging out by the pool. The home is about 15 min. from the closest beach, so not too far! We have two teenagers and two tweens, so it was the perfect setup for our needs! Laynie, the property manager, was a delight to deal with!

The owner Erik was extremely pleasant and a nice guy. The property was beautiful and clean.

Had an excellent experience and a wonderful vacation. Erik was so cool to talk to and Layne the property manager was very helpful. Definitely recommend this place.

Huge Place close to Beach

The place is giant. Three bedrooms but it was just my wife and I. The pool area was very relaxing and the Dolphin is a nice touch. The pool was warm and inviting after a day of house hunting. A couple warm touches and this place will definitely be the perfect spot for a large family.

This home is spacious, bright and so comfy. The landscaping has a variety of trees including several different fruit trees. It has canal front views on two sides of the home, providing lots of local wildlife watching, including birds of all sizes. mammels, reptiles, turtles and an occasional alligator.
