- Kitchen supplies: pots & pans, dinnerware, bakeware, plasticware for children, toaster, blender, coffee maker (drip coffee), glassware and more!
- Paper goods: paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, laundry pods, and trash bags
- Coffee/Tea: A few starter supplies for coffee and tea.

HOUSE RULES
- Please take off shoes
- No pets
- No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property
- No parties or unapproved guests (even if guests are not staying the night)
- No loud or obscene music that interferes with nearby homes
- Quiet Hours: 10pm to 8am
- Maximum occupancy: 8 people including adults and children
- Maximum 3 vehicles on property

Violation of these rules will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund for any unused nights. Additionally, you will be held financially responsible for any necessary repairs.
