*Please note that the loft bedroom features steep stairs equipped with a grab bar and railing for added safety. Due to the nature of the stairs, we advise guests with physical limitations to avoid climbing to the loft. Children under the age of 12 should not use the stairs or sleep in the loft. The ceiling in the loft is pitched and may be challenging for guests over 6 feet tall.

Guest Access:
Full use of the cottage, side yard and back patio is available to guests during their stay.

Parking in front of the cottage in the circular gravel driveway is available free of charge during your stay.

Interaction with Guests:
Please know that host lives on property in the separate Main Farm House. There will be no interaction by host during your stay to ensure guest privacy.
