Lakeview Retreat - 30+min. from Southern Pines

Our lake cottage can comfortably sleep 6 people. Our family uses it all the time, so it has everything you may need! There are 2 bedrooms, both with a king size bed. There is also a central room with 2 twin beds that can easily be put together to make a 3rd king size bed. There are 2 baths, a master bathroom with a jetted tub and large shower, and a hall bath with a large shower. The second bedroom and central room have direct access to the hall bath. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a family room with an electric fireplace, a sunroom with a large dining table and sectional to enjoy the fabulous view and occasional wildlife.
You will have access to the entire house, as well as our kayaks (2 singles and 1 double). There is a small beach to launch the kayaks, and a boat ramp, if you plan on coming with your small boat or jetskis. But the use of the ramp will be at your own risks. Know that it is a bit narrow.
You will find most everything you may want to shop for in Rockingham, especially if thrift shopping is your thing! We are less than 30 minutes away from Aberdeen, where there are more restaurants to choose from, and 35 minutes away from Southern Pines/Pinehurst, the NC capital of golf! Lots of great restaurants and shopping there as well.

Please note that there are a few steps between the main section of the house and the master suite. This house was originally two small cabins that were later connected. Also, the access down to the shoreline is somewhat steep.
