- Newark Ruby: 1st/2nd floors, duplex apartment with 3 bedrooms (1 queen bed, 1 full bed, 1 twin bed), 2.5 bathrooms, 2 queen inflatable air mattresses, and 1 queen sofa pull out bed. Total of 6 beds for up to 11 guests.
- Newark Pearl: 3rd floor apartment with 3 bedrooms (2 queen beds, 2 twin beds), 2 bathrooms, 1 queen inflatable air mattress. Total of 5 beds for up to 8 guests.

Is the area safe?
➤ We’re on a quiet, residential street and the 3-level house is also gated. Plus, we are just blocks away from the police precinct and City Hall. The house itself also has security cameras monitoring the perimeter.

Can I throw a party or celebrate a special occasion?
➤ We only allow small gatherings for an extra fee and with the host's approval. Our only requests are that you keep the guest list to below 25 people and clean up after the event.

Guest Access:
Prior to your arrival, you’ll receive an access code for a seamless and secure self-check-in experience. Guests have full access to all areas of the property, including the backyard, gym area in the garage, and the free laundry room. Both units offer private entries for added privacy and convenience.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood offers a mix of urban conveniences, cultural attractions, and a diverse community. We’re close to iconic landmarks like the Prudential Center, Seton Hall, Rutgers and the exciting American Dream Mall which has a water park, indoor beach, shopping, dining experiences and many other fun activities. We’re also just minutes away from Newark International Airport, highways to NJ and the Holland and Lincoln tunnels. Our proximity to the Newark-Penn train station also makes it easy to take quick trips to New York and catch the Amtrak which has routes to the airport and many other destinations around the country.

Getting Around:
Navigating the nearby area is relatively straightforward. We’re in a residential neighborhood that’s walkable to shops and restaurants. We’re also just a few minutes walk from bus stations and a 15-minute walk to the Newark-Penn train station. Ridesharing services like Lyft and Uber are also available.

» This listing is for the entire 3-level house although each apartment can also be rented out separately.
» Must be at least 25 years old to book
» Photo ID may be required upon check-in
» The portable projector in the movie room can be brought outside
» Projector must be put back inside the movie room if used outdoors
» We have 5 exterior security cameras:
- 1 camera above the front door facing the exterior entry
- 1 camera in the garage facing the parking area
- 2 cameras on the side of the house facing the sidewalk
- 1 camera at the back of the house facing the backyard
- The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces
- The cameras record video (no sound) when activated by motion
- They will record when they first sense motion and 30 seconds after the last motion is detected
» This 3-level home requires steps to access and is not designed for accessibility needs
» Quiet hours from 10 PM - 7 AM, local police will issue fines
» Guests are fully responsible for the safety and security of their children at all times.
» Pets are allowed for an additional $150 per pet
» Small gatherings are allowed for an extra fee and with host’s approval
» Parties of any kind are not allowed
» Commercial photography allowed for a fee
» Smoking permitted in the backyard only
» Guests are not allowed to have any visitors stay overnight. Overnight visitors must be approved at time of booking.
» Do not enter locked storage rooms. You will be charged for any damages and missing items.
» Maximum occupancy for the entire 3-level house is 20 but there will be an “additional person” fee after 16 guests.

Interaction with Guests:
Hosts will welcome guests on the Airbnb app when booking and provide self-check-in instructions closer to the date of arrival. Hosts are quickly reachable through Airbnb messaging, text, or call for questions or help.
