Cozy townhome in old town north dogs, Bikes.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis in old town north. fort Collins. Three bedrooms each with its own bathroom. Close to all the breweries, old town and bike trails. We have bikes in the garage for all the family.

This 1600 square foot home is within Fort Collins newest luxury neighborhood. Combining location, urban design, and modern amenities to give our guest a vacation experience above all else.

Walk in one level from the two car garage to an open kitchen living room area. One bedroom is on the first floor so no stairs at all for a physically challenged guest.

The whole house

Greg lives near by and can answer any questions.

Newer neighborhood in North Old Town, Fort Collins. Homes are sleek and modern with close proximity to biking, breweries, bands, shopping, restaurants and fun!

Park in attached garage and walk right inside. There is plenty of parking for two vehicles and bikes. It's easy to drive, bike, or walk to Old Town.

Bicycles: Inside the garage are bikes for our guest to use. Peddle -away on the bike trail or tour around Old Town with your own bike or one we provide during your stay. Just make sure you lock them when you leave them.

Family-friendly: Pac n' Play, high-chair.

Pet-friendly: Dogs are welcome. We do provide comfy pillows, dog dishes and waste bags. Dogs must be in a kennel if you leave them alone in the home. Please clean up after your pet.

Laundry room: offers a full-sized washer and drier. Detergent, fabric softener and dryer sheets are stocked for your convenience.

- Put back the RFID front door keys - Please start the dishwasher - Taking out trash and recycling is not expected, but if you want to do it, it is appreciated.
- leave any beds you used un-made, please do not strip them. - leave towels in bathrooms, they can stay hanging. - leave used kitchen rags on kitchen counter
- Please do not 'volunteer' extra work with the sheets and towels, we bring in clean replacements. Doing anything other than asked just costs us more time. thx.

This was a very convenient location. It was nice to be so close to Old Town. There are lots of VRBOs in the area which makes it perfect if you are vacationing with other family and friends.

Excellent property with amazing hosts! Communication is great; questions are answered quickly. This house is in a safe neighborhood, within walking distance to Old Town, several breweries, coffee shops, and the Poudre River walking/ running/ biking trails. If you aren't a walker, there are six bikes (with locks) available to use as well. The three bedrooms each have their own bathrooms which is quite convenient with a larger group. One bedroom is downstairs for anyone who may not be able to negotiate stairs. The beds are super-comfortable; we all slept so well!! The kitchen, dining area, and living room are in a big, open area, with lots of seating, perfect for gathering with your family and/or friends. There is a cute, little deck, with a grill and outdoor seating off of the dining area. It makes a great place to read a book while enjoying a morning coffee.Although, we didn't stay long enough to do any cooking, the kitchen seemed well stocked with sufficient dishes, pots, pans, and cooking staples. There is some construction happening behind the property, but we didn't notice it at all while we were there. In a nutshell, this is a great property, with great hosts, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The townhouse was great for the 6 of us (3 couples). We loved having the bikes as an option to get around town and enjoyed being so close to New Belgium and not that much farther to Odells. The house is as pictured, the kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal plus more. Although there is construction next door, it was not happening during our stay. I also appreciated the quiet, safe neighborhood.

Cute quiet neighborhood with easy access to bike and walking paths. Close to old Town Fort Collins.Very clean. Plenty of room to gather, rest or get ready for activities. Lots of small thoughtful touches that made our stay very pleasent.Great communication.

The Cozy Townhome in Old Town North easily accommodated our family members as we were able to host a surprise bday party, and house family members, and 2 doggies. We loved the area, the kitchen, rooms and garage setup. The parks nearby were easy walking distance and the bikes were also an awesome touch. We would love to stay again. Dave and Heidi Vigil

Happy with the stay. Location and price were our priorities. House is clean, kitchen has good set of basic items needed. Provided dog bowl and bed were a nice touch. Communication good with owner.

Great location, Well appointed

We stayed here for a family event. The hosts communicated via VRBO messenger in a timely manner with all necessary information. The amenities were great, and the location was wonderful. I wish we had had time to use the provided bikes! A few games were in the living room, but they were not geared to our younger set (1-8 y/o), so bring your own for them. The kitchen was wonderful, with everything we needed. So nice that it was pet-friendly so my daughter could visit with her pup.

Wonderful!

Only great things to say about this place! Very good communication with host with quick replies to my questions. The house is beautiful and clean in a lovely neighborhood. Big, comfortable bedrooms, and everything you need in the kitchen and bathrooms. And sooo close to Old Town! We rode the provided bikes (locks included) to Old Town several times to enjoy food and shops. Also very easy to access the nearby bike trails. The bikes were a very fun additional! Wish we could have stayed longer!

Better than the pictures

This place was everything it was made out to be and more! The pictures of the bedrooms weren’t super appealing to me on the listing, but the rooms were so cute and clean!
