Located near the 18th green, fairway and lagoon. Located in Sea Palms, near golfing, restaurants and shops. Only a 10 minute drive to the beach and the pier/village area. Convenient to the north end of the island with more golfing and boating opportunities.

Perfect location

We were there for a conference. The conference was at the Sea Palms resort. We were closer to the conference than the people in the Sea Palms hotel. The condo was really nice, absolutely perfect. They thought of Everything. Anything you needed it was there. Would definitely stay there again. Thank you!!

Beautiful Views! Birding Paradise!

The photos of this condo don't do it justice! The space is amazing and the views are unbeatable! We loved having the two living rooms so I could have my local family over for dinner a few nights and to enjoy the views. We loved having the open deck space to enjoy the breeze and hear the sounds of the marsh, when it rained, we were still able to sit in the second living room with the sunroom to watch the rain come in. The condo has easy access to the elevator. The beds were very comfortable and the condo was clean. It was great to be able to wake up in the morning to the never ending marsh views. The wildlife and birds were fantastic! I wish I had brought my wildlife camera to take photos. We loved having the binoculars and bird ID book sitting on the table waiting for us. This was definitely a place I would book again and again. We kept a list of all the birds we saw - I would note every one but there isn't enough space! If you aren't familiar with St. Simons Island this location is great! Far enough towards the north end that you don't deal with many tourists, yet close enough to everything you would need! Quiet complex tucked on the marsh near and on a golf course. Restaurant and Pool on site. Again, for us bird and nature lovers this place did not disappoint!

Visit to Marsh View

The apartment is very spacious and clean, but the kitchen is really small. We spent as much time as possible sitting on the balcony looking at the beautiful view of the marsh. Gorgeous! The location afforded a close walk to the restaurant and pool. My husband and I would rent the condo again when we visit SSI.

We enjoy riding bikes, eating great seafood, kayaking and relaxing on the beach. The golf courses are beautiful. We have many wonderful memories with our family and friends on St Simons Island and we hope that you will come again and again and create your own memories.
