​Quietly situated on the undisturbed and pristine beaches of St. Simons Island, North Breakers is a favorite vacation destination for families year after year. Along with an oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub, elevator, security gate, and covered parking, North Breakers features direct access via boardwalk to the heart of St. Simons' broad sand beaches.

North Breakers offers a small selection of private two and three bedroom oceanfront condominiums. Each residence is generously sized with a private oceanview balcony, full kitchen with separate wet bar, and combined living and dining area.

North Breakers 307 offers a recently remodeled kitchen, new paint, and new flooring. North Breakers 307 is nicely furnished and boasts beautiful ocean views from the balcony and living room. In addition, complimentary in-room high speed internet service that is wireless.

Small pets under 35 pounds accepted with a $150 non-refundable fee.

Bedding Includes: 1 King, 2 Twins, 1 Sleeper Sofa

To enhance guest experience, the oceanfront swimming pool is heated annually from October through March, allowing for an extended swimming season.

Beach Gear Credit Now Included Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayK Gear, a beach delivery service provider to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. Confirm a new reservation with Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rentals at a participating property with length of stay between 2 – 14 nights, arriving March thru October, and receive a daily credit from VayK Gear towards beach gear rentals during the stay! Use your credit for adult and children's bicycles, chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, boogie boards, coolers, cornhole and more – the choice is yours!”

The place could be a bit cleaner. Cover for mattress in the master bedroom is nasty. Lots of dust everywhere and a very bad smell in the condo. Location is great and lots of storage. Overall good place just need to be cleaned a little better

This property is pet friendly. It was fine but seemed over priced for the current level of interior upgrade needed. The torn drapes, the bulbs that needed replacing in dining rm fixture, and random abandoned foyer lamp left a feeling of poor maintenance & attention to detail. The shag carpet in master & bath needs to go. The one thing I was pleasantly surprised about was the quality of the mattress. It seemed newer and slept very well. The dishwasher & washers seemed in need of a good deep cleaning, as my dark clothes came out of the washer covered in white lint AND there were No whites In the load! The pool area was very nice and recently renovated . The walk to the beach was further than we’d hoped, as the actual ocean seems to have receded in the past several yrs. I think if this had been clearly noted in property description, it would w been appreciated. Over all the weather was gorgeous & the bed slept comfortably. The price just didn’t match the quality we’d hoped

It was a great trip. It was our first family trip in the last 20 years!.Beds were comfortable, plenty of comfortable seating and a great view from the balcony. The only problem we had was getting to the beach. It is a long walk having to go through a stretch of a very tight trail through a dune with stickers on both sides of the trail. Then you had to walk through water to get to the beach. Path needs to be cleared to avoid getting stuck with the stickers from the path. Overall a great trip!

Great little beach getaway.

Very well-appointed 2 bedroom; perfect for a family. Comfy, firm king bed was welcome and we slept very well. We enjoyed the pool and our pups had a great time running on the dog-friendly beach (from 6pm to 9am, anyway). Loved the short drive into the Village and also cooking in the kitchen, watching movies at night.

Very comfortable stay

Beautiful property and condo. Very comfortable And just as described. The shower door does or does not Close in the master bathroom and we took all of our showers in the hall bathroom.

Family beach vacation

Excellent apartment to enjoy St. Simons beach and rest by the pool. Walking to the beach was easy. Pet friendly … dogs could walk on the beach before 9am or after 6pm. Charcoal bbq by the poolside was useful. Town was a bit distant to walk too but it was a quick drive.

Love the North Breakers

Our family has been staying at North Breakers for 20 years. We love how easy it is to check in & out & the privacy. The condos never feel too crowded at any time of the year. We also love the pool & the private board walk to the beach. Our room this time looked very nice & updated. We had a great time as always & of of course will be back!

Great Location

We have stayed at this property several times. It is a great location, clean and supplied well. they are doing some renovations on the outside. New paint, pressure washing, new doors to the balcony and new awnings. it looks great.

Great experience

We rode out the "E" storm and had a great time. The condo is very nice. The covered parking was a little tight for my F-150, but it was doable. We found some great restaurants. Georgia Sea Grill was wonderful and we found the best hamburgers, hot dogs, peach shakes, and key lime hurricane frosty at Frosty's.

Nice Condo with a few Issues

Property was "as advertised" however we had a number of issues. There was heavy construction on the condo building next door which was noisy and disruptive. There was a loud grinding noise above us for 3 days. The outdoor grills were disgustingly dirty. We were disturbed by an architectural team to measure windows and doors. in the condo. There were no stainless steel frying pans and the non stick ones in the condo were severely scratched and pitted - a major health hazard. We were unable to access Netflix, Amazon or HBO.

Lovely!

We had a wonderful stay at #307 North Breakers! The condo is lovely. Beautifully decorated, fully stocked with kitchen supplies and many comforts of home. Great location & picturesque pool & patio. (Only con was the pool was very chilly. Perhaps if weather was warmer during our stay, the pool wouldn’t feel so uncomfortable? —We spent the majority of our time in the baby pool & hot tub) Everyone was so friendly, grounds were beautiful, our trip was perfect. We would highly recommend!

A needed escape

Love SSI. And the beach in October was perfect. The property was very clean, given that pets are allowed... and central to Southern Soul, Crab Trap, Mullet Bay and the Sweet Shoppe. Slept like a baby in the master king bed!
