Camp Brags is the property you don't want to miss! Centrally located, this neighborhood boasts nearby trails, proximity to town, lake access and ski resorts. This is the perfect cabin to enjoy the year round seasons of Lake Tahoe.



All Agate Bay Properties vacation rentals come equipped with high-speed Internet, linens, bath towels, kitchen supplies (toaster, coffee pot, dishes, pots/pans, utensils), washer/dryer and gas BBQ (summer only). If you have special requests, please let us know.

Important:

On March 11th 2022, Placer County implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by. Fines range from $1,500 - $5,000 and can be issued to guests who are not in compliance. CLICK HERE to view the full list of policies.



Some Highlights Include:

•Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. No noise shall be heard across property lines. No outdoor speakers or amplified sound.

•Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside of a property and all pet waste needs to be picked up.
