Let your stay on Navarre Beach be full of "SeaRenity". This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, beach front condo, is located on the 3rd floor of the Summerwind Resort. With it sleeping up to 10 people, it is perfect for the whole family and even a few friends! Located in the Center building, you will have breathtaking views of the emerald coast and Navarre Beach Fishing Pier from your wrap around corner balcony. The master bedroom features a King bed as well as a private bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. The two guest rooms feature 2 full beds and a queen bed. The updated kitchen is fully stocked and the perfect place to enjoy a meal with the whole family. Call today to enjoy some "SeaRenity" on Navarre Beach. **You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. We also have a 1 to 4 ratio (one adult over 25 for everyone under 25) except during Spring Break. At that time, we require 1 adult over 25 for every 2 guests under that age.** . ***SATURDAY TO SATURDAY BOOKINGS ONLY DURING PEAK SEASON (6/1 TO 7/31)***

Easy parking and great 3rd floor location. Very nice view of the ocean and the pier. Very safe for families. Security is always present and checking wrist bands.

Christmas break

My family and I really enjoyed our Christmas break in Navarre. The condo was nice and comfortable. The pool and hot tub was just what we needed to get away from the cold winter in Missouri.

Very clean, nice condo with great view and amenities.

The only criticism I have is that the own needs to update the photos with the new furniture! Our stay was relaxing, especially with 3 pools, each with a hot tub and just a short walk to the beach. Andy D's restaurant within walking distance serving 3 meals a day. Fishing pier next door and just off the bridge from the mainland. Highly recommended!

Beautiful and Relaxing Stay

The place was exactly as pictured and exceeded our expectations. It was our first time in Navarre, and we loved how close it was to the pier. The balcony had a perfect view of the pier, and we could easily walk there. The elevators had short wait times. There were three pools and hot tubs total with security walking around to ensure all swimming were residents. The place was clean and spacious enough for 10 guests. I would highly recommend this place and would easily stay again!

The condo had everything we needed to feel at home. It was roomy enough for 6 adults and 3 children. They kept the grounds clean and secure. I wish there was a way for your license plates to be added to the condo information as a back up to verify your car belongs there. We didn't drive our truck to go anywhere for a couple days and we didn't see the warning notice and our truck was towed. Our visor blocked the view of our car pass. We appreciate rules, but that was a honest mistake of the pass being in the car but not seen. Other than that we really enjoyed our first time in Navarre.

Best condo I’ve ever stayed at

We have vacationed at the Gulf for pretty much every year since I was little and I am now 43, so needless to say, I have stayed in many condos. We normally stay in Gulf Shores, sometimes Destin and Pensacola, and Fort Pickens. This was the first time I have ever stayed in Navarre Beach and it is my new favorite. I love how easy everything was to get to at this location. Walmart was five minutes away. The pier was within walking distance. Fishing was everywhere! The condo owner was extremely nice, the condo was clean. Everything we needed was available. We had absolutely zero issues on our trip. I would highly recommend this unit! Thank you so much.

Beautiful condo

We traveled from North Carolina & stayed in the beautiful Summerwind Resort condo. The condo was inviting & spacious. It had great views of the beach & the pier & was close to restaurants & stores. We will love to stay at Summerwind Resort again in the future. Thanks for having us.

Great beachside place to stay!

Three of my girlfriends and I spent a long Mother's Day weekend here and what a great location and condo! I would definitely return! (Be sure to bring your own pillow...all beds are equipped with lots of pillows but nothing to write home about. Also, lots of renovations going on, but nothing that hindered us from having a great time!)

Early Vacation

This was by far a fabulous place to stay. Clean, spacious, all the comforts you would need. Spectacular view of the ocean and the sound. My 2 year old Granddaughter enjoyed her 1st trip to the beach. Will definitely rent from owner again. Thank you Ray!!!

Awesome beachfront property

This condo was very clean and easy to access. We loved that their was a full bathroom for each bedroom…it was perfect for our family of 6! The views of the beach and pier were beautiful. It was easy to get to the pool and beach from the condo and everything was very well-maintained. The owner was very friendly and quick to answer questions! We will definitely stay here again!

Amazing location

We enjoyed the property and the area. Amazing view of beautiful water and sea life. The property was just as described and the complex is one of the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in.

Great Condo & Responsive Owner

The condo was exactly as described on VRBO and even seemed larger in person. The balcony was nice, expansive and had a good view of the beach & pier. Ray the owner always answered our questions via VRBO message in a timely manner. Only one complaint and it is with the property management: we put in a work order the morning after check-in that a tub would not drain & backed up dirty water... they never fixed it so we were down to 2 showers for 7 people for a week. I do want to compliment the ‘boots on the ground’ employees, the pool was cleaned every morning, the security people tried to keep the riff raff from coming in off the beach to the pools and hot tubs and kicked them out when they did make it through. These employees were friendly, hard working and made our stay that much more enjoyable. I would recommend this condo to my friends and family without hesitation.

My on-site management company has 2 good repairmen on staff and any repair request are usually handled the same day they are reported. If not, please contact me and I'll immediately address the issue with them. As Donna says, I answer VRBO messages timely. Getting notice of a problem 3 weeks after the incident, limits my ability to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Thanks for the other good comments.

Great Location; Beautiful Condo

Location so near the pier was perfect for our family. Loved the separate bathroom for each bedroom. Furnishings were lovely! Do remember to bring your own spices. The kitchen has dishes and cookware but no spices or oils, etc. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Condo

Very clean, pictures did not do this condo justice. So much room and being on the 3rd floor was even better. Owner was very friendly and answered every question I had. We had so much fun. We could pretty much walk to the places we wanted to go. So close to everything. Stores were just right over the bridge and Walmart maybe 5-10 min. Depending on traffic. Beds were very comfortable as well...
