The living room has large windows that flood the room with natural light and views of the mountains. There is seating for 6 and a 60-inch TV equipped with streaming services.

Kitchen/Dining Room area
The kitchen is fully equipped for a home chef, and offers ample counter space, stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, and a large farmhouse sink. The dining area is just off the kitchen and seats 6. The dining room offers tons of natural light and views of the mountains.

Bedrooms + bathrooms
The master bedroom offers a king bed, a sitting area, TV with streaming services and an en-suite bath with double sinks and a walk-in shower.

Guest bedroom #1 has a king bed, 60-inch TV and glorious mountain views.

Guest bedroom #3 has 2 twin beds and a full-sized closet.

Backyard
Vista Bonita has an extraordinary spacious yard with a covered patio area. The covered patio area has a table and seating for 6 as well as a black stone grill for breakfast meals or dinner with the family. The yard has a gas firepit area with seating for 6. There is also a space for family games - game are included with the home (corn hole, ring toss, oversized checkers, footballs, soccer balls & nets, large Jenga blocks) and mountain views to the east.

Vista Bonita also offers a two-car garage with an electric door opener and remotes for use during your stay. There is also a plug in port for the electric vehicle.

Vista Bonita is located in a quiet neighborhood at the end of the cul-de-sac. The neighborhood is ideal for morning/evening walks around the neighborhood or on the paved walking trail right by the home.
