Hemingway by the Beach es el raro alquiler de condominio de vacaciones en el sur de la Florida que combina un estilo exquisito y una ubicación de primera con accesibilidad. Situado a sólo dos cuadras del mar y el centro de la escena la recreación, restaurantes y entretenimiento, este nuevo (construido en 2009) y contemporáneo condominio estilo es perfecto para un máximo de 5 familiares o amigos para disfrutar de unas vacaciones en Deerfield Beach en el estilo.

2 dormitorios y 2 baños ofrecen más que sólo cuatro paredes y un techo: esta unidad es de estilo para impresionar, con pisos de lujo hecho en baldosas de mármol recogidos a mano de Turquía, y ventanas de piso a techo que ofrecen amplias vistas elevadas. El amplio balcón incluye cómodos asientos y ofrece la exposición a magníficas vistas locales y refrigeración brisas tropicales.

El dormitorio principal es elegante y cuenta con una cama king-size con un baño de diseño. El segundo dormitorio cuenta con una cama doble y un baño completo. El salón es acogedor, con inspiradoras vistas panorámicas a la ciudad. Las tres habitaciones están equipadas con televisión de pantalla plana, e Internet está incluido.

Diseño moderno del edificio personifica "estilo de Miami" y cuenta con una piscina de borde infinito ultramoderno y un patio protegido, precioso paisaje, y por supuesto la ubicación inmejorable.

Absolutely Perfect

Last minute booking that ended up being just what the doctor ordered. The condo building is beautiful, newer and quiet. The location is amazing. The beds were comfortable. The unit was spacious and modern with just the right amount of seating for the size of the unit. Note that there was a parking space included - that was a bit unclear on the listing. Parking was under the building and through an electronic gate controlled by a code. Appliances were new and in great working order. Communication with host was easy. Had a question about the parking and host answered immediately. Walking distance to all the restaurants and the beach but a block from the craziness - literally perfect. Would stay here again. Only complaint was lack of a few large bowls for mixing and serving, but certainly a first-world problem. LOVED that they had beach towels and chairs for guest use - so lovely. 10/10

Great location, quiet building, evening views

This was a brief stay for a work trip (3 weekday nights). The unit was clean, master bed was comfortable, appliances were updated, and it was only 600 steps (5 min walk) to Deerfield Beach for sunrises on the sand. I wish I was here longer to enjoy the area-lots of restaurants, shops, bars. The unit itself was 5/5; the only negative was the hallways sorely need new paint & carpet. I would give higher than 5 for communication as Lars was flexible and responsive before, during and after my stay. Highly recommend.

This property was very nice! The place was clean, well-organized, comfortable, and the pool was awesome! The Property Manager, Lars, is outstanding! He is extremely responsive, kind, and knowledgeable. My three kids and I (they are under 10) have been on a summer adventure and renting here was definitely one of the best experiences we’ve had! Highly recommended.

Loved Deerfield Beach Condo

We loved everything about this unit! The floor to ceiling windows in the living area and master bedroom, the view, the pool, accommodations and all of it! It was just what we expected and better. All info was sent ahead of time. We had no issues finding the unit and getting in. Only one parking spot was labeled and parking was tight but doable. The information sent to us about the tv’s was incorrect. Roko not Xfinity is the provider. One remote had dead batteries (master bedroom) but we solved that issue by using the Roku app. There were 3 beach towels for 4 people but only 3 of us actually went to the beach plus we could wash them since there is a washer and dryer. There are 2 low beach chairs and 2 bag chairs. The low chairs are in need of replacement possibly with chairs that you can strap on your back with storage. We ended up renting chairs at the beach. The ice maker makes ice but couldn’t keep up with our demand. We bought a bag of ice to solve the problem. My brother and sister in law loved Deerfield Beach and are working on moving to the area! Thank you so much for providing us with a fabulous place to stay at Deerfield Beach!

Good location, spacious rooms. Very modest and outdated furnishings, especially the bedding ...very uncomfortable... not good for an extended stay. Could be a great place with some TLC.

Good location

We enjoyed our stay at Hemingway’s condo. It was clean, close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants. Our only complaint was the lack of sufficient towels, face cloths and beach towels. We think the condo should have a nicer set of beach chairs for the guests.

However there are areas for improvement.We arrived at night and it was difficult to see the address. The day of arrival instructions were not sent which required a frantic call to the property manager. He was not friendly or apologetic. The error was theirs! Other than that small issue, it was a nice quick stay.

The neighborhood is gated, safe, and very quiet—it felt like we were the only people there. We loved the pool as well. Very close to the beach—5-minute walking distance. The only thing I would recommend is providing shampoos/body washes/soaps, which weren't provided as Airbnb's usually do. Otherwise, everything was perfect! We will definitely love to stay at this place next time I visit Florida!

This property is in a prime location in Deerfield Beach. Short walk to everything in town. The apartment was airy and bright.
