Nice, clean and close to where we need to be. I would recommend anyone needing to be close to the Capitol area to check this rental out.

Convenient, Clean and Family Friendly

This property was perfect for my family of four with 2 young kids while in town for some hospital visits at AR Children’s Hospital (a convenient 3-5 min drive from the property). Beds and pillows were very comfortable, kitchen had all the basic needs to include a coffee bar with all the extra’s like sugar and creamers. House and location was as advertised. Host was fantastic to communicate with as well. Will make this our ‘go-to’ rental for future visits to downtown Little Rock!

Very nice.

We very much enjoyed our say and this will become our “go to” for meeting up with family for visits. The only thing I would recommend is leave no less than a full roll of tp for your guests. We ran out in both bathrooms the first evening. Also if you have a beautiful fire pit make sure there is propane for it. We would have loved it. Finishing touches has beed well thought out. I appreciate that.

Little Rock Birthday Stay

The property is charming and well appointed with what is necessary for time away. It was neat and clean and comfortable. It was apparent that the owner took pride in the property. We unexpectedly had a family member join us last minute after we had booked the two bedroom. Being able to sleep in the pullout twin in the office, turned out not to work as it was too hard to sleep on, there was too much light coming in due to the street light on the property and the ongoing train movement all night long kept the person up and thus had to sleep on one of the couches that was too short but better then the office. Getting to the property was scary due to the height and not clear that it is part of another property. The house next to it looked abandoned and not safe. That being said, we were safe, did find the place each time we came and went, and there were no problems with neighbors as we never saw another human being the two days we stayed there.

Lovely Host and Lovely Property With Nice Extras!

The property was perfect for our needs - very clean and comfortable. Both beds were very comfortable as were the couches. The kitchen had everything we needed, including some basic seasonings and a nice coffee station with supplies (e.g., creamers, K cups, selection of teas). The property had some nice extras/luxuries — a handwritten welcome note with welcomed with a bottle of wine and selection of snacks, a coffee/tea station, nice hand soaps and body wash, thick towels and wash cloths, comfortable pillows/bed linens, etc. The patio was also really nice - the view was exactly as advertised, and the location allowed us to be close to everything, including some great restaurants, while still having quiet and privacy on the patio. When we booked, I was a little worried about whether the train would be problematic - it wasn’t. We could hear the train going by from time to time, but it wasn’t disruptive to us at all. The property host, LaShanna, was lovely - she responded promptly and in detail to a question we had before booking and graciously accommodated our request for a late checkout. She was always prompt, friendly, and clear in her communications. Absolutely would stay again!
