Level Up is a modern 3BR/2.5BA retreat made for crisp winter escapes in the North Georgia mountains. With vaulted ceilings, sleek décor, and large windows, the open living area fills with natural light and brilliant forest views. Gather around the gas fireplace after a day of exploring or share meals in the fully equipped kitchen and spacious dining area.

Outside, soak in the private hot tub under starlit skies, roast marshmallows at the firepit, or lounge on the expansive deck surrounded by nature. A fully fenced yard makes it easy to bring pups along for the adventure.

You’ll get a private smart lock code the day of arrival for easy self check-in. Enjoy full access to the home, deck, hot tub and fire pit. Additionally, shared use of the community pool/hot tub, sauna, fire pit, and luxury gym (Peloton, Hydro rower, TRX).

Guests will enjoy self-check-in with no personal greeting. Communication will be handled exclusively through email or the booking app, where we are available to assist with any immediate needs. We pride ourselves on being highly responsive to ensure your stay is seamless and enjoyable.

• Max occupancy: 6 guests. No exceptions.
• Dog-friendly: 2 dogs allowed. First dog stays free. Any additional dog is $50. Leash required outdoors. Owner is responsible for any damage.
• No smoking inside or on the deck. $200 fine + cleaning fees.
• Quiet hours: 9 PM – 8 AM. $200 fine for disturbances. Noise monitoring in use—tampering prohibited.
• No parties or gatherings. $500 fine + immediate eviction.
• Must be 21+ to book. Valid ID required.
• Use of the home and amenities is at your own risk. We’re not liable for accidents, injuries, or theft.
• Pool & hot tub are open daily from 9 AM – 10 PM (weather dependent). Pool is not heated.
• Guests are responsible for excessive messes. Additional cleaning fees may apply.
• Pets: Max 2 dogs. First is free; $50 per additional. Leash required outdoors.
• Parking: Park only in graveled areas. No street parking. Guest is responsible for any fines.
• Smoking: Prohibited inside and on balcony. $200 fine + cleaning fees for violations.
• Quiet Hours: 9 PM–8 AM. Noise ordinance enforced. $250 fine + citation amount. Tampering with noise devices = $250 fine.
• Parties: Not allowed. Violations = $500 fine.
