With two king bedrooms, two baths, unique loft bunk beds, hot tub, fire pit and best of all, Nottely River is just steps from the home, the memories will be endless! The outdoors is your to enjoy with a screened in porch, large deck, fishing, and the flowing of Mother Nature's symphony. Let the fun begin!

The Space:
Nottely and Nice is a short 3 mile drive from Blairsville’s downtown center, providing convenience to restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. Some of our favorite restaurants are Michaelee’s Italian, Hole in the Wall (great breakfast), and Lucky’s Taqueria. The cabin's location puts you in the middle of some great adventures including: Brasstown Bald, Helton Creek Falls, Vogel State Park, wineries, lakes and amazing hiking trails. Your choices are endless.

Entrance to the cabin is directly up the stairs via a remote lock. You will receive the code one day prior to arrival. As you swing open the door, the coziness of the cabin will embrace you and relaxation will begin.

The well appointed, spacious kitchen will be to your left. It includes new pots, pans, and knives, as well as a spice rack for convenience. There is a standard coffee maker and K cup brewer provided. Appliances include refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and microwave. There is an island for prepping food and two bar stools for family members to join in the fun!

The dining table is directly off the kitchen and has seating for six.

The living area will be to your right. It features a gas fireplace, Wifi and satellite TV, and comfortable seating to catch your favorite show or the big game.

The main level bedroom is directly to the left featuring a king bed, TV, electric fireplace, space heater, and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. It also has direct access to the screen porch that has comfortable chairs and couch to sip your morning coffee or relax in the evening with your favorite beverage.

The loft area is a great feature of this cabin. It provides a full over full bunk bed with views of the river, three-in-one game table (bumper pool, poker, card table), wall Scrabble game, and a variety of other games, puzzles and cards for those cozy evenings or rainy days.

The second bedroom is upstairs featuring a king bed, TV, electric fireplace, space heater, and private bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

The main outdoor deck space is directly off the living area. It provides a large space to play cornhole, multiple areas to relax, an additional dining table, and a brand new Sundance hot tub that looks directly over the river. There is also a gas grill provided to grill your favorite steak or the catch of the day! Towels are provided for the hot tub.

A few steps off the deck, the family will love the fire pit directly by the river. It is a great place to enjoy the evening, roast marshmallows and tell stories.

There are stone steps leading into the Nottely River, where you can dip your toes, tie off a float/tub or wade in to try your luck at fishing. Keep an eye out for some of nature's visitors including ducks, otters, heron, trout and a variety of songbirds. Five tubes are provided at the cabin for your use.

This property is dog friendly. You can have up to two dogs under 50 lbs each. All dogs need to be on a leash when outside. The deck is gated so your fur baby can run free.

The property sits directly off Gainesville Highway (129/19), just 3 miles from downtown Blairsville and 6 miles from Vogel State Park. This property is easy to access and provides excellent convenience to all the surrounding attractions. There is traffic noise at various times of the day.

Guest Access:
Access is via keyless entry. A check-in code will be provided 1 day prior to arrival. Checkout code will be provided the day before with instructions.

The entire cabin is available to the guest with the exception of the owners closet

The Neighborhood:
Sitting directly off Gainesville Highway (129/19), just 3 miles from downtown Blairsville and 6 miles from Vogel State Park. This property is easy to access and provides excellent convenience to all the surrounding attractions.

There is some traffic noise at various times of the day. The proximity of the river and the beautiful symphony of mother nature will wash it away!

There is ample parking for three vehicles. Four wheel drive is not needed to reach this property.

Getting Around:
Minutes from Blairsville, Vogel State Park, water falls, wineries, horseback riding, tubing, hiking and many other attractions. Easy drive to Young Harris, Hiwassee, Murphy, NC and other quaint towns for a day visit.

Privacy:
Other properties are in the neighborhood. We ask that you please respect the owner's privacy and comply with private property signs.

Pets:
All dogs must be kept on a leash at all times when outside. Please pickup after your pet and dispose of the bags in the large trash bags. Do not put single poop bags into the trash. The companies collecting the trash will not take anything loose in the trash cans.

Dogs are permissible up to 50 lbs., limited to two.

Trash and Litter:
Trash pickup service is provided on Tuesday. If the trash cans are full upon arrival, please contact the property management office. All trash must be bagged and placed into the two trash cans provided. Our nature friends love to make a mess when this is not done and the trash companies will not pick up loose trash. Also if you exceed the capacity of the trash cans before pickup it is your responsibility to remove and take to the disposal locations at:

Quiet time:
Please keep your noise to a minimum between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. both inside and outside. This includes hot tubs, fire pits, and porches. Sound travels easily in the mountains and can disturb unseen guests.

Smoking Policy:
This property is a NO SMOKING property of any kind.
