Si has estado con nosotros antes, ¡bienvenido de nuevo! Si esta será la primera vez que visita Bella Vista, gracias por acompañarnos.

Aquí tiene una breve descripción de nuestra propiedad. Si tiene alguna pregunta o inquietud, no dude en enviarnos un correo electrónico. Nos encanta hablar con nuestros visitantes directamente.

Bella Vista es una propiedad de vacaciones familiar que tiene capacidad para entre 12 y 15 personas y no puede tener más de 18 personas (incluidos niños) en un momento dado. ¡Ven a disfrutarlo durante el fin de semana o las vacaciones y crea recuerdos para toda la vida!

Olvídate de una habitación de hotel en Manhattan ruidosa y llena de gente y lleva a tus amigos o familiares a solo 90 minutos al norte del estado y crea recuerdos para una tarifa tan baja (2 noches mínimo -3 noches en diferentes momentos si el precio de las vacaciones del año difiere) que incluye 5 habitaciones ~ 5to dormitorio se abre a un sótano terminado Los niños pueden alojarse de muchas maneras diferentes (incluyendo camas individuales, literas para dormir y camas aerodinámicas).
Hay un sistema de juego de arco iris en nuestra propiedad en nuestro patio delantero.
Estamos ubicados en 10 acres de tierra con una gran área de césped para que los niños corran y jueguen.

The house/property was beautiful and spacious .The accommodations were fair. One bedroom had no blinds or curtains for the 2 door/windows. One bedroom was missing a blind/curtain on one window. The sheets on one bed were not clean. The propane tank was not full as promised.

Every inch of Bellavista is immaculately clean. The out door spaces delicious for the spectacular view and the super fun of a late night marshmallow party around the fire pit. Every pillow and sheet fresh and comfy. Our entire entourage ranging in age from 13 to 90 savored every minute at this perfection on sterioids home and feel so fortunate to have found it.

We had a fantastic few days at Bellavista with a large group of friends. We enjoyed the gorgeous views, the peace and quiet and secluded nature of the property, the space and the facilities. Annual Family Reunion for 10, Ages 10-80

Bella Vista is a very roomy and beautiful house in a secluded area and this was the second time we have come here. The addition of the swimming pool was a big hit with my grandchildren. The kitchen is well stocked with equipment. This is a great place for chilling out and enjoying family time.

We fell in love with Hudson River Valley

This is a wonderful house for our group of 9. We have traveled the country over the past 20 years and this is one of the best houses we have stayed in. Roomy and comfortable with a great deck and view. Host was terrific and this house included everything we needed for a wonderful week. So much to do in the area, we all committed to a return trip!

Great family house with great views

This house is secluded on top of a hill overlooking the Catskills and Gunk mountains. Can’t beat the views and the size of the property. It easily accommodated the 10 of us, 6 adults and 4 children. Comfy beds throughout. Big kitchen.

Family Trip

My family stayed at this property for a long weekend and it was wonderful. We absolutely loved sharing meals on the deck with the gorgeous view, having a blast in the pool and winding down every night by the fire. The house was so family friendly as we had 6 kids staying there and there was plenty of space for everyone. We would definitely recommend this location for anyone looking to spend some time away.

Beautiful property, great family vacation!

We had a great time at Bella Vista. The house is very comfortable and cool during the heat of summer. For our group of 9 adults and two little kids, there was plenty of space to spread out as well as come together in the communal spaces. We enjoyed the pool and all of the balconies. The sunsets with beautiful mountain and water views were perfect each evening. The house was well-stocked with everything we needed for our stay, and communication with the hosts was very easy. We’d recommend this house and would gladly return!

Friends Summer Gathering

This house and property are beautiful. My spouse and I rented this house as a gathering spot to reconnect with friends from around the country. The setting and view is amazing. Nights by the fire, under the stars were a favorite pastime. The house is beautifully maintained and comfortable. Thank you so much for an amazing stay.

Cannot say enough good things about this home

This vacation was during a heat wave and the pool was wonderful and very clean. The house was immaculate when we arrived and there was nothing we could want. We had a BBQ the first night, propane provided by our hosts with extra tanks if needed. The kitchen was plenty large for all nine of us - our kids in their 40's and their kids - 9 in total. Every piece of equipment and pots, pans, dishes, utensils were abundantly provided, and we cooked 6 out of 7 nights. So much to do in the area and the house (with temps in the 90's most of the week outside) was nice and cool! We would all return without a doubt to have even more fun in the future!

Beautiful home

We had a wonderful stay at Bella Vista. The house was comfortable and well equipped. We enjoyed the tranquility while sitting outside to enjoy the view and sitting around the large kitchen table playing games at night :)

Spacious, well-stocked home with beautiful views

We really enjoyed our stay (4 couples + kids). The views are beautiful, house is spacious, kitchen very well stocked and functional. The open layout was GREAT for hanging out with a large group/cooking meals. The basement (with an added bonus of toys/games!) was a good space for the kids to play. Two of the upstairs bedrooms were much bigger with king beds and lots of extra space. Just something to know if you are splitting the house amongst a bigger group. The only downside was that there was a pretty major ladybug infestation while we were there - mostly in the kitchen area above/around the dining table and in 3 of 4 upstairs bedrooms. If it were just a few it would have been NBD, but there were a couple hundred in the 2 days we were there. Many were dead on the floors when we arrived (which we vacuumed..maybe the house hadn't been occupied in awhile?) & many live ones. They were irritating to have all around the dining table, and we found them on the bedspreads. Not sure if we just happened to be there at the perfect time for them to come, with the weather warming up a little, but we were surprised to have that volume inside the house. Anyway, it didn't ruin our stay but it was a nuisance. I did reach out to the owner asking if there was anything we could do (mainly to help them out because there were so many and didn't know if they were aware), and she let me know that we could vacuum them and they were harmless. Overall, the property is nice and we enjoyed our trip.

A great stay in a beautiful home!

Really enjoyed our time in this beautiful home! It's rare to find a place that can sleep so many. We did a getaway for the weekend with several other couples, and we were all able to sleep comfortably. Instructions were clear, and the host was extremely communicative and helpful! We loved having access to a big kitchen and the firepit and grill outside was such a treat. Only thing I'd say so folks in the future are aware, the 2 twin beds in the rooms are actually trundle beds. Just an FYI! 5 stars all around! Would come again!

Great family house with lots of room for all

We had 9 - Me & my husband, 2 of my sons and their wives, 3 of my sons who are single. Everyone had a nice room and there were plenty of bathrooms for all. Kitchen was well stocked. Enjoyed lounging in the mornings while drinking coffee and playing family games at night. Hiking was also very good and town was cute.

Beautiful in every way

Beautiful views, lovely home, and easy to deal with owners all in a wonderful setting. If you are looking to get away from it all in a secluded Catskills location yet be close enough to good restaurants, lots of shops and plenty of outdoor activities, this is your place. We stayed here for four days and had a wonderful time - five stars all the way.

Great family weekend !

We had a fantastic family weekend at Bella Vista! The house is roomy, the fireplace created a lovely relaxing atmosphere, the kitchen had everything you’d need, and the views were so pretty! All of the bedrooms were beautiful, the house was decorated so nicely throughout. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful with any questions we had.

Dream location!

This house was overwhelmingly beautiful. Pictures do not do it justice. You have the entire top of the mountain to yourself, with unparalleled views and a gorgeous back deck to enjoy it all. The view from the master bedroom porch was my favorite! Sunset was utterly magical. The house has a stunning gourmet kitchen and the living spaces were perfect. Each bedroom was unique and inviting. If I could live here forever, I would! The hosts left firewood for us for the outdoor and indoor fireplaces and a tank of gas for the grill, which we used every day. If you are looking for a perfect gateway, look no further! We will be back!

A wonderful wedding weekend

We found this home a comfortable place for our family. Our grandkids especially loved the swing set, toys and open spaces available. The open kitchen, well stocked for cooking, was great. It is a little bit further away from Kingston then we had originally wanted but it was easy to get in town. And the view was worth it!! It was a very peaceful place to hang out.

Please be aware that check in is at 3pm-4pm & check out at 11:00 am many groups pay an extra rate for their check out there is a late check out fee of $150 that will give you more time on the property, if you request it as many groups like to have brunch before they head out.
