Family Getaway w/ year round Hot Tub

Enjoy all the great attractions of Southwest Michigan including the beaches, wineries, breweries, farmers markets and so much more!

Entertain, relax and play is the motto of this home and we hope you're able to do just that.

The home is setup for families and groups of friends. Kids will find lots of books, games, puzzles and other activities indoors, and also get to enjoy the tree house, trampoline, sandpit and the yard outdoors!

The outdoor space includes a deck with table and chairs, a gas grill, hammock, firepit and hot tub! Hot tub is open year round!

Enjoy a good book or after-dinner drink by the fireplace, play games with your family and friends, run around in the backyard, make smores over the firepit or unwind in the hot tub after a long day!

Seating for 8 at the dining table as well as the outdoor patio table.

House is setup for kids including a pack n play, sleeping cot, high chair, kids plates/utensils, games and toys.

Bunk bed room is 2 twins and 2 full size beds.

In the gazebo you'll find a range of outdoor toys and games including giant Jenga, cornhole/bags, Ring Toss and a paddling/kiddie pool.

Property is equipped with 3 security cameras. 1 faces the driveway. 1 faces the front lawn/Prairie Road and 1 faces the side of the house with the shed and propane tank.

Very clean and has everything you need for a relaxing, fun weekend. We enjoyed walking to the Swedish bakery and loading up on goodies for breakfast and lunch. We then used the well equipped kitchen to make dinner.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was in a very nice area and fairly secluded from neighbors. It was fun to see deer in the front and backyard. The hot tub was great! The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped with. spices, etc. The host was very responsive to our questions. Very child friendly!

I stayed at Igor and Kate's place a couple of weeks ago with friends. The accommodations were very comfortable and in a very nice quiet, wooded setting. We enjoyed the campfire, comfortable beds and visited nearby Warren Dunes and the Four Winds Casino! We especially enjoyed taking advantage of the Coffee Bar in the cabin in the morning! I would recommend this VRBO to everyone. If you have a family, there are plenty of indoor and outdoor games to keep you busy. My only regret is that I did not take advantage of the Hot Tub... next time... :) Thanks Igor and Kate!

Great house! Everything was clean with thoughtful touches. The beds, linens and pillows were very comfortable. It’s super well stocked and we loved the back deck and hot tub. It feels like you are tucked away in the forest but it’s an amazing location, right off Red Arrow Highway and close to Sawyer, Union Pier, New Buffalo. We were an adults only group but there are so many games and toys for kids, it would be a great family house. Igor & Kate were always very responsive and helpful. We had a great stay!

Great place to stay! It was quiet, cozy, and scenic. The house itself was beautiful and had lots of amenities. Our kids, 11 and 9 years old, really enjoyed the place.

Stay was fantastic. We loved the hot tub and privacy of the yard. Yard was swampy so we couldn't enjoy that much, but we did just come off of a rainy season so it's to be expected. Place was stocked with so much more than we expected which made the stay much more enjoyable. We already recommended a visit to some close friends

We had such a great time at our weekend trip. The house was exactly as shown, honestly maybe even better! Our whole group could sit and enjoy meals together because the seating accommodated. Hot tub was such a nice bonus. Unfortunately the yard was wet/saturated because of all the rain, but they have yard games in the event the yard is dry. Nice fire pit for an evening fire. We were so happy with it and would recommend to anyone. Communication was excellent. Thank you for hosting our family, great memories.

We had a group of 6 adults for a relaxing weekend of yoga and meditation in nature. The house was perfect for our group. Everyone felt comfortable. The extensive coffee bar was a huge bonus and the house is fully stocked with all essential items like plenty of toilet paper, paper towel, toiletries, and fully stocked kitchen with all the necessary utensils. Igor was great with communication. 5 stars.

This home was incredible! We had 3 kids and two couples and it was just right for the amount of space and entertainment was endless. From the hot tub and fire pit to the very well stocked kids supplies and toys, especially the tree house! Kitchen was very thoughtfully equipped and the hosts had made it so easy for us to spend quality time together. Add that it's so close to the beach, and it's a must stay!! Highly recommend this home to anyone traveling with kids!

So much fun!

We had a great time staying here for a weekend getaway with friends. The hot tub and kitchen were highlights! Everything was well stocked. Hosts responded in a timely manner with our inquiries. The local restaurants and cafes are top notch. Would definitely come back!

House on the prairie

The house is so pretty and exceptionally stocked with everything you possibly need! The anemities for kids is out of this world! This house will not disappoint!

The house is very family friendly and includes lot of kid accessories:
Pack n Play, Toddler Bed, high chair, bibs, utensils, toys, books, games, puzzles.

The gazebo on the back deck is where we keep outdoor toys, kid chairs and additional games to enjoy outside.
