Newly built beach house sleeps up to 6 people, 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a large bedroom loft with 2 twin beds and a full/full bunk bed, two full baths (one on each floor) kitchen with granite counter, tile on the first floor, vinyl flooring on the second floor, dishwasher, stackable washer and dryer, wi-fi and cable, Central Air, Weber Grill, 3 TVs with cable, fully equipped kitchen with air fryer, 4 beach chairs an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. This home is located in the rear of a 4-property lot. Street parking only. Limited outdoor space due to the property being in the rear of the lot. 3 min. walk up to the beach. Within walking distance of many attractions, shops, restaurants, and the bakery. No pets allowed. Two Beach Badges are included. No linens, towels, or paper goods are provided. We provide comforters and pillows. Renters must bring their own sheets, towels, and paper goods.

This property is primarily a summer rental home.

Great location in Ship Bottom, ocean block with plenty to do within walking distance. Clean, well maintained home with all the kitchen essentials. Home is great for gathering indoors to eat and sleeping.

this place was wonderful! the only thing is did not like was the walk through bedroom and the bathroom locks. these were minor thing. we really loved this place!

Weather was nice so we used the place mainly just for sleeping, family of five was comfortable for a long weekend. It’s in a great location. We arrived at night and had a little difficulty finding the building, you can’t see it from the street and there is more than one 28th street on the island so make sure to go to the one in Ship Bottom. Over all we were comfortable and would stay again!

This home in Ship Bottom was absolutely perfect for our stay! It was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location couldn’t have been better. The house is just a short walk to the ocean and close to so many great shops and restaurants. Communication with the hosts was excellent, as they responded quickly and made everything so easy. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!

Great beach getaway!

My family of four had a great time staying here. The unit is clean, well taken care of, and had plenty of space for us. Location is perfect right on the block of the beach and in easy walking distance to plenty of restaurants, mini-golf, and other activities. Hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with. We’d happily stay here again!

Beach Weekend with Friends

We enjoyed our stay, very close to the beach. The property was clean and the check in process was easy. Sleeps 8 but only 2 beach passes are provided. Bit tight for 8 adults. Please note towels and linens are also not provided, so lots to bring which we hadn’t expected.

Great location in LBI!

Thank you Melissa! From the time of booking through our stay, it was a seamless process and clear and open communication. The house is updated, clean and was perfect for our needs. It is close to the beach and to so many restaurants and shops, it was the perfect location! Highly recommend!

Great stay in Ship Bottom!

My family spend a week in Beach Haven every August and after a busy month of work travel my family and I needed a two night weekend away. With great weather a trip to LBI was just what the doctor ordered. The location is Ship Bottom was great and close to many things (as well as a minute to the beach and driving to Fantasy Island and the hustle and bustle of Beach Haven was a mere 20 minutes away. The home was clean and although we didn’t need them, it was nice having four beds in one room and a Queen in the main bedroom. Communication with the owners was good and they were helpful with any questions. Would stay again.

Very clean and comfortable!

Great stay at Melissa's home. Very easy check-in. The beds were comfortable! The kitchen was well stocked. The outside shower had amazing water pressure. Everything was perfect!
