Bienvenido a tu hogar lejos del hogar en el corazón de Beach Haven. Este nuevo apartamento de 3 dormitorios en el segundo piso tiene capacidad para 6 personas. Estamos a solo 2 cuadras y media de la playa ya una cuadra de una hermosa puesta de sol en la bahía. Fantasy Island y Bay Village están a solo unas pocas cuadras de distancia.
Disfrute de la costa de Jersey con todas las comodidades del hogar: lavadora / secadora, aire acondicionado central, lavaplatos, parrilla a gas y mucho más ... ¡Solo empaca sábanas (3 camas queen size) y TOALLAS y ven a relajarte!

This was the perfect place for us for a family wedding. It was walkable to all our events and is close to the beach! The beds were comfortable and the whole place was incredibly clean and welcoming. The availability to use the bathroom near the pool really helped us out as we had 6 of us continuously cycling through showers and bathroom use so that was much appreciated! I would definitely stay again if I ever find myself back in LBI.

It was the perfect space to spend a beautiful weekend with my adult children and their spouses. We walked to almost everything beach, dinner and shopping. The hosts were easily accessible for any questions. We had a great time

I have to preface this by saying part of this was my fault, which is the reason for 2 stars instead of 1. The listing stated that we had to provide our own sheets and towels. Had I read it more carefully I would have known and rented another place instead. However, the footnote was at the very bottom of the listing which one had to expand to read, rather than all caps up front, which would have been appropriate given the importance of this fact. And the pictures show blankets covering the beds, so I made a poor assumption. So, we had to purchase sheets and towels when we arrived. Also, the listing states 2 queens and a full, but there are 3 queens, so one set of the newly purchased sheets didn’t even fit. But there is so more (or less). No bath soap, no shower rug (are guests really bring their own shower rug?) no pantry basics of any kind (like salt). It’s basically a roof with beds and air conditioning. In fairness, the owners offered to help, and were very pleasant, and the place is generally clean (some sand on bed) and in a good location. Maybe this is the norm in Beach Haven, but I’ve never experienced this anywhere and hard to comprehend for a vacation rental.

We had a great stay at this location! It was perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. Apartment was super clean and equipped with all the essentials. Loved the location how close it was to the beach and amusement/water park. The owners were wonderful, even though on site that did not bother us and we were able to have our private space. Highly recommended and will be back again! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Wonderful stay

We had an amazing long weekend at this property! It was immaculately clean, modern with updated appliances, and we loved the covered deck. The area is excellent, just a short walk to the beach, bay, restaurants, Bay Village, and of course Fantasy Island for our toddler. The owners were also so friendly and welcoming. We had a great time, and we would definitely come back again!

We have been coming to LBI for 30+ years and Dennis and Shelly’s place is the best , always clean and comfortable. They are also very nice people. Coming back next year.. 2025.

A Great House in Beach Haven

This home is brand new and beautiful, equipped with everything you need for a great vacation. It is located on the 2nd floor of a home with the owners occupying the first and third floors. It includes a private covered deck. The owners were very warm and accommodating. One feature that would be a plus is a smart TV, with an adapter like Roku to use for streaming services.

Great place to stay in Beach Haven

I was so glad to find this listing. I stayed for a long weekend with my life and young kids. It was perfect for us. Close to the beach, dining, shopping, and amusements. Very clean and nicely decorated. The unit is located on the second floor of a 3-story house. It has three bedrooms, kitchen, one full bathroom, and a deck. There’s an outside shower as well. The owner was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Nice people. Overall I’d highly recommend this property for a small group getaway to the beach!

Great location, gorgeous property!

We enjoyed our stay in LBI! The house is absolutely impeccable, perfectly appointed and has everything anyone could need to enjoy their vacation at the beach. The only issue we had with the property...this is a 3 story duplex. The owners occupy the first and third floor. The rental is a 3 bedroom apartment that makes up 2/3 of the 2nd floor. Essentially you are sandwiched in between 2 floors which the owner occupies. This definitely lends to normal noises from living below another family and in our case, the owner was entertaining a few nights, which made for a rather noisy evening. They did quiet down around 11pm but were up early at 7am. I merely mention this to caution anyone with young children or a family thinking they are occupying the 2nd floor of a duplex (as advertised). This is not a 100% accurate description. As mentioned, the house is lovely and I would consider renting it again in the future but the reason I chose a 2nd floor duplex was because I didn't want to have another family living above me and in this case, that is what happened.

LBI Review- Labor Day Week

Great week at LBI. Three bedrooms and nice new appliances in the kitchen. About a 10 minute walk to the beach. Great deck for BBQ - it is covered which was nice on hot days (and rainy night). Very clean and perfect for a family stay!

Super Cozy Getaway! =)

My family and I were attending a wedding at the LBI Foundation and found this wonderful spot on the southside of the island. I must say.....this place was awesome and exceeded our expectations! I felt that it was in a great quiet location that was close to a lot of great places to eat and nearby attractions! =) The owners were very courteous and accommodating to answer all of my questions regarding the rental in a timely manner. If we had to come back for any reason, we would definitely be a returning customer if available! I would recommend this super cozy spot for anyone looking to spend time in LBI!

We enjoyed our stay! Great unit, very clean, and had everything we needed. I loved being able to walk to Bay Village and visit the shops. The owners were very responsive. Great location on the island.
