This house everything you need. We stayed here due to having to work in the area. Wish we were on vacation - the hammock in the enclosed porch looked so inviting. The master bathroom has a huge Roman tub and a really nice walk in shower. The washer and dryer are like new. Plenty of room for the entire family!!

This property is a GEM!

We loved this property and would 100% rent it again!Very clean, super safe neighborhood, comfortable environment. This location is about 10-12 minutes to South Beach and within a short drive to just about everything else.Kitchen was pretty well stocked and everything you would need for vacation cooking. There were some staples provided - paper towel, salt/pepper, coffee filters, etc. Laundry room - very nice washer and dryer (no mildew smell), some laundry detergent provided.Bathrooms - came stocked with toilet paper, hand soap, and some odds and ends that you may forget on vacation. Wifi was excellent. I could take Teams calls without issue from this location.Again, would 100% rent this property again!

A Beautiful Getaway Home in Florida

There weren’t any reviews of Bertunie's Family Tropical Oasis, so we’ll try to provide a thorough review. The place was wonderful and even better than the photos. It was spacious and had plenty of room for our family. It was located in a quiet residential neighborhood and felt safe. The home was spotless! The home was well stocked with the essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, bath towels, bed linens, soap, shampoo, kitchen items like cookware, dishes, utensils, etc.). The host was thoughtful to have the little things like a dish sponge, dish soap, tissues, a small container of laundry detergent, etc. Not all hosts restock those items, so we were grateful that they were available. Both the air conditioning and wifi worked well. There was plenty of hot water for showers. We also liked that there were plenty of nightlights around the home. We liked that you could close a door between two parts of the one floor house for additional quiet, which was a plus since one of our kids is an early riser. There were lovely extras like games, a grill, relaxing hammock, etc. Bertunie was a responsive and accommodating host. A thoughtful and kind touch was that the host left us individual bottled waters in the fridge. We appreciated the water immensely after arriving late in the evening from a flight and long drive. We would highly recommend the place and would stay there again!
