As part of the Schooner Ridge community, you will have access to a private beach, a stunning oceanfront pool, tennis & racquetball courts, fitness center, indoor pool, playground & game room.

The Space:
The top level of the home features an fully equipped kitchen and a breakfast bar, perfect for morning gatherings and evening meals. The kitchen seamlessly connecting to the living room that boasts a smart TV, an electric fireplace, and a Captain's room with a wet bar, creating an ideal space for relaxation and entertainment. The dining area is surrounded by windows that offer stunning ocean views, enhancing every meal with a beautiful backdrop. Outside, the sun deck provides outdoor seating, perfect for enjoying the fresh air and scenic views. There is also a covered portion and a porch swing. This level also includes a half bathroom and a primary bedroom, complete with vaulted ceilings, a king bed and an ensuite bath. Additionally, there is a tree-lined screened-in porch, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors comfortably anytime.

On the mid level, you'll find a second primary bedroom with a king bed and an ensuite bath. This level also includes a queen bedroom and a bedroom with two twin beds, offering flexible sleeping arrangements. A spacious full double-sink bathroom in the hallway that serves these bedrooms. There is also a cozy lounge with a entertainment center, ideal for unwinding. For convenience, the mid level includes a laundry room and a wrap-around porch equipped with a beautiful hot tub and a hammock, and porch swing, perfect for relaxing after a busy day at the beach.

The lower level and outdoor area features a double outdoor shower, providing a convenient way to rinse off everyones sandy feet.

Guest Access:
Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be provided prior to arrival.

Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction

The Neighborhood:
Walkable to downtown Duck and sound. Oceanside home (only 4 houses off the beach and about a 4 minute walk to the beach entrance) in a private community with beach parking passes!

Other Things to Note:
Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.

The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $150: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.

The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.

High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
