1.Please don’t set AC lower than 70 degrees!Lower setting may cause the unit to be froze,it can take 24 hours to thaw out!2. No smoking: Please refrain from smoking or vaping inside the house. If you need to smoke, please do so outside and dispose of the cigarette butts properly. 3. No parties or events: Our space is intended for quiet enjoyment, so please respect our neighbors by avoiding loud gatherings or parties. 4.If you will arrive with pets please pay pet fee at the time of the booking.Please pick up after your pets! 5. Respect the property: Please treat our home with care and respect. Any damages or excessive mess caused during your stay will be the responsibility of the guest. 6. Keep noise levels down: Please be mindful of noise levels, especially during nighttime hours, to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone. 7.
