I was there on a writing retreat, and this property was the perfect selection for the creative inspiration needed! The home was tastefully decorated with intentional selections to create a cozy, relaxing, minimalist beach vibe. The outdoor space is simply lovely. While it poured Friday evening & Saturday, it was still just serene and nice to be able to open the curtains, sit on the sofa, and look out until the rain stopped and I could enjoy walking around in the yard. I prepared food before coming so that I could focus on my objective for being there, and the kitchen truly did have all the essentials I needed. As a result, I had an exceptionally productive retreat! The owners were extremely responsive throughout the entire process, answering all questions posed. Even though I was delayed by an accident on the interstate, and was lost for a good bit — thus I wasn’t able to do so — I truly appreciate the owners’ willingness to grant me an earlier check-in time! An important piece of advice — follow the directions included with your booking confirmation and not the Maps app on your phone. I will definitely return again!

The parking can fit 2 cars. From check-in to check-out was easy. Location is great. Couple blocks from water, and a few restaurants, shops, and coffee shops are in walkable distance. We didn’t really need to drive anywhere. Highly recommend and would stay again. Be sure to follow directions to location.

Excellent.

So fun! Easy check in and out, easy walk to the beach, easy walk to food (tacos and other good stuff), outdoor shower was great after the beach. They include beach items and kitchen was serviceable for cooking your own meals. House was clean and well taken care of. Nice area.

Amazing Stay 10/10!

My friends and I booked this house for a long weekend getaway. It was super clean, spacious, and had a nice backyard we thoroughly enjoyed. Everyone slept comfortably and was satisfied with the house. It’s in the best location- a block from the beach, right next to the best coffee shop (Kookaburra), walking distance to good food, shops, and a quick 10 minute drive into St Augustine (Publix, restaurants, and downtown). Even though this is a duplex house, our neighbors were so quiet and we didn’t have any issues. Respected our space and privacy and let us enjoy our time as well. The owner was quick to respond when I messaged him regarding a minor issue, showed up to the house immediately and helped out. Overall, one of my favorite houses I’ve rented and will certainly be back!

Very nice space, walking distance to the beach and restaurants. We rented bikes from the shop around the corner and could ride anywhere we wanted to go.
Pier just a bike ride away.

Our Little Getaway!

This is the second time we've stayed here and we LOVE it. Close walk to the beach and to restaurants and ice cream! Check in is super easy and the hosts are very quick to get back to you. We will be back!

Jeep beach/ st Augustine amphitheater concert

House was very centrally located! Walking distance to almost everything! The area was beautiful and the house was great! Only complaint was that the neighbors next door were slightly noisy at night and we could hear almost everything, but that’s just part of the experience sometimes!

Okay Stay

It is located in a good location. Wish there were a washer and dryer because we didn't have enough wash clothes. During our stay the towel rack for the bathroom down stair came out and I found other towel racks loose. Also in one of the bedroom the closet door was coming off the track because the screws where missing.

There were many things that were in poor condition: closet door tracks weren't screwed in, closet doors broken, patio divider was creaking and sticky. After the 2nd day, the kitchen sink and plumbing started to really stink. You could really hear the neighbors walking up and down the steps. The experience in the place was poor. It is in a great spot though! The beach is close and coffee/shopping on A street. Kind of makes up for it, but this is really a horrible house flip that is attempting to be a good rental
