Newly remodeled, quaint and cozy house that sleeps 6. Large kitchen windows and living space with views of the water. Step down off the raised deck to the picnic table by the river and dock to fish and swim. The water levels go down from November 1 - April 1 so boats are not accessible to the dock.

The hosts were very helpful and accommodating! They truly care that all needs are taken care of. We enjoyed the updated kitchen, living room, and the wonderful views from the deck. We would definitely recommend staying here!

The cabin was very cozy and clean. Beautiful surroundings and quiet area. Wished we could've stayed longer. The neighbors were very welcoming and friendly. Would definitely go back and enjoy sitting on the deck peacefully looking at the view.

This house was absolutely perfect for the short family gather up we needed. We fished, grilled and hung out in comfy places. We even canned some pepper relish from our summer bounty in the very nice kitchen. Highly recommend!

Weekend with the grandkids

Enjoyable place to stay for a weekend getaway. Plenty of room for what we needed. Nice and comfortable and not too far from town. Only thing negative would be is there is no washer and dryer but again we were only there for the weekend.

We loved our stay!

This house on the lake was just beautiful and so clean! My bridesmaids and I stayed here the night before my wedding, and we loved it! Missy and Erik were so kind to let us stay. The view of the lake was gorgeous, and the house is so cozy. The house was also really well stocked, and the checkout process was simple. If you’re looking for a nice getaway on the lake, this is it.

Perfect escape

The property is immaculate. Beautifully designed with high end appliances and countertops. Spotless! There is a deck overlooking the lake that is perfect for relaxing for morning coffee or an evening cocktail. The property extends to the dock and there is a grill and a fire ring near the lake. The property is conveniently located close to restaurants and downtown Kingston while also offering a peaceful setting away from it all. I couldn’t have had a better stay and will reserve again on any future trips to the area.

Great property

Nice little house that was clean and organized. Only beef was that the hot water doesn't get real hot and since the ceilings are so high in the shower it gets cold in there. That’s being picky though it was truly a great little house for our family trip. Don’t be an idiot and bring a boat like I did. You will never get turned around on this street and it’s tight getting a truck parked off the street much less a boat and trailer.

Romantic Getaway

what a beautiful place to enjoy and relax. We only wish we could have stayed longer. We really got lucky with the weather too and we enjoyed as much of the lake views as we could. This remodel was done so well and we loved how clean everything was. You can tell that Eric and Missy put their love into this place on every square inch. I didn’t have to communicate with the manager however, none of understood why there were no wash cloths for the bathroom. We did purchase some and leave them for future it was a very relaxing place

Peaceful holiday

We spent a long weekend here at the lake and it was so peaceful. We had a wonderful weekend. The home is beautifully renovated and the attention to detail is very obvious. It’s a small home but every space is thoughtfully utilized. We especially enjoyed the back deck overlooking the lake. We spent every morning on the deck drinking coffee and enjoying the view. The neighborhood is great, the neighbors are super friendly. We felt very safe. I would recommend bringing no more than 2 cars, just out of courtesy for the neighbors as it’s a shared space for parking. Thank you for opening your lovely home to us!
