Noise- This is a quiet neighborhood with wonderful neighbors. Please respect the noise ordinances which run from 10 PM to 8 AM>

Very relaxing, comfortable-but not cluttered-very comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood, near grocery/shops. Everything we needed without a lot of excess. The eight seat kitchen table was perfect for gathering and playing games! We hope to stay again soon!

This house exceeded our expectations! We were coming to Eugene to visit family, so we only stayed one night, but the house is lovely. So clean, well equipped and comfortable. Huge backyard fully fenced in a wonderful neighborhood with a park right around the corner that we took the kids to.

Great stay

This was a perfect place to stay for a recent trip to University of Oregon. The location is a short drive to campus and downtown, plus walkable to stores and restaurants. Very clean and great communication before/during/after the visit. Would stay again.

Nice comfortable Eugene/Springfield home

Stayed two nights for our kids regatta in Lowell! The house was perfectly situated in a nice, comfortable neighborhood. Centrally located close to grocery, food, coffee and main avenues. Clean and comfortable. Will definitely consider staying here again if/when we come back to the area.

I went to Eugene to visit family for the weekend and go to a comedy show. This house was perfect for me and my two friends. It was updated, clean, and just the right size. It was also super easy to navigate in my wheelchair. If you are looking for accessible, this place is great. There are a couple of steps to get in, but they were definitely manageable for me with my friends assisting. Also, the yard is large and was great for our dog. The hosts were very responsive and seem to be extremely nice people. I would absolutely rent this house again. I will likely have reason to since my cousins live here and I will definitely be visiting them again. I hope this house is available next time I visit, especially if it is in the summer so we can actually utilize the amazing yard.

Comfort for the Marathon weekend

Our trip to Eugene for the marathon was fantastic, and this property was a big part of that! Check-in was a breeze. We loved that the house was in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. Inside, everything was spotless and well-equipped for our vacation needs. Hosts Clark and Molly were excellent – their thoughtful check-ins via message really made us feel welcome and ensured we had a wonderful stay!

Great place for the game!!

This house is great! There is plenty of room for everyone and your pet! The backyard is the perfect place to relax and visit. You also can't beat the location. It is seconds from the grocery store and only a few minutes from the stadium. I hope we have the opportunity to stay here again!!

Stayed at this sweet property with a colleague, and it was pure awesomeness! The owners were cool and made sure we had everything we needed. They even left us some treats. Highly recommend, and I can't wait to come back!

Great Location For a Game

We came to town for the OSU/Oregon game and the house worked out perfectly. I actually walked home from Autzen Stadium afterwards, so it's close enough if you can't find an Uber/Cab. The house was clean and perfect for our quick weekend trip. The hosts were nice and responsive. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.

We are University of Oregon alumni and ended up staying in Eugene. We love experiencing all the seasons and recreational activities that Eugene has to offer. When at home, we are working in the yard, attending sporting events or walking our golden doodle around the neighborhood. Go Ducks!

Donna’s Place is a centrally located charming and inviting home. This house has a large backyard and is located on a quiet section of homes near a scenic local park. Walk the sidewalks where Bill Bowerman used to teach neighbors how to jog and exercise. You can hear the sound of Autzen when a touchdown is scored! Oakway Center shops and restaurants are a short walk away.
