Great stay!

It was a cute and clean condo. Very convenient to the beach and to the pool and to all the restaurants nearby! Had a great time would definitely recommend this.

Beautiful and Comfortable

The room was excellent with comfortable beds. The kitchen had everything we needed with up-to-date appliances. Brand new washer and dryer was a real nice addition. Beautiful views of the beach from the balcony.

Beautiful condo with spectacular views!

We stayed here for our spring break. It was in the perfect location—quiet, but close to Destin! The property was beautiful—the landscape was well kept and the heated pool was kept very clean. The condo was so cute and homey. Every single bed was very comfortable! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed! My family and I loved every minute of our stay here. Cannot wait to book again!

Great location

This was a great condo that served a great purpose for my daughter’s cheer competition. The check in process and the condo was as described. Only thing to note was the sofa needs a deep cleaning, shower curtain needs to be changed on a regular basis as well as throw pillows on the beds. All in all it served the purpose for our short trip! Location was great for what we needed!

Loved the location! Steps to the beach!!! Staff was very friendly!!! Upon check-in we noticed there was shattered glass on balcony from the glass table that sits on balcony…maybe caused by wind? Notified staff and they immediately cleaned it up. Convenient store next door for any snacks or basic needs. The floor in our condo that we stayed in could use a good mopping, our feet were black!!! I’m Not sure if it got missed or what. Other than that the place was perfect:). Would stay again.

Reviewer Comments: My family and I have been coming to these condos for over 20 years- have said in both gulf front and gulf view units and we’ve never had an unsavory experience. The unit was renovated nicely and had all that we needed for the week. The only complaint was that all the cookware needs to be replaced as there were bulges dead center do the skillets would rock on the cooktop and/or were extremely scraped up. Other than that the beds were comfy and it was nice and fresh upon arrival. We love the beautiful beaches and water and the location is right next to a connivence store for any last minute sweet tooth runs ;)! I will always recommend this condo!

Spring break family vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Nautilus. The condo we stayed in (2411) was updated and clean. Kitchen & master bedroom/bath were spacious. There were a few issues with appliances during our stay, the main one being that the washer had an issue causing a very loud banging during the spin cycle. We were not able to use the washer much at all during our stay. However, the owner has already ordered a new washer and it should not be an issue in the future. There was also one day when the elevator was not working, but the other elevator remained operational and it was fixed within a day. Check-in and checkout were extremely easy and the location on the beach was great. Parking in the parking lot was easy to get in and out of, much prefer this to a parking garage. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the Nautilus to others in the future!

Facility and grounds very clean. Unit 2411 updated and nice furnishings. Free beach chairs and umbrella on beach is nice perk. Nice pool, no hot tub. Easy parking, and next door to a Tom Thumb convenience store (not gas) for quick needs. I would highly recommend.

Upon arriving check in was so easy and the condo was clean and well stocked with what we needed. Convenient location and the beach access was great! The balcony was wonderful, we sat in it every afternoon and evening. The rooms were roomy and plenty big enough to not be crowded. Having 2 bathrooms was a major plus also! The pool area was nice and had music playing. The 2 free beach chairs and umbrella was also very nice, especially with a 4 month old baby. We had a wonderful trip and would definitely stay here again! Room 2411, a great view and location!

Last-minute super sweet stay

Reviewer Comments: We were in Fort Walton visiting a friend’s place and decided to look for a stay nearby since the water & weather was so beautiful and figured we wouldn’t have much luck with finding anything affordable AND nice so last-minute AND on Easter weekend, but we were COMPLETELY WRONG! This condo was PERFECT! We walked in and the place exceeded our expectations from the preview we saw online. It was so cute and clean and quaint. My parents stayed in the master, my kiddos and I stayed in the two beds in the guest bedroom and our cousin on the pullout couch. Plenty space for us all. There was plenty kitchen utensils and gadgets and all the things we needed for cooking and staying in; we even used some of the provided, cute bowls for “Easter baskets” since we forgot ours at home! The balcony is great for peering at the beautiful beaches and close to the road too to see what’s happening down the little Okaloosa Island road. My parents want to purchase a condo JUST LIKE THIS one because it was truly perfect for families. We will stay again and again.
