•Minimum age required to register is 21 years of age with a valid photo ID and matching credit card.

•Standard Checkout Time is strictly 11:00 AM. WorldMark standard guidelines and checkout protocols apply.

•In-Suite WorldMark Amenities: All suites feature standardized WorldMark housewares, essential kitchenware, and signature coffee setups for a consistent vacation experience.

•Vehicle Parking & Storage Limits: On-site parking is limited and strictly restricted to personal passenger vehicles. Due to strict space constraints, the resort is entirely unable to accommodate or store boats, trailers, or recreational vehicles (RVs).

•2-Bedroom Configuration Kitchen Layout: All 2-Bedroom Suites feature a fully equipped private kitchen layout (including a full refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and complete dining and cooking utensils), making it perfect for preparing full-course meals.

•Physical Structural Notice: Please note that WorldMark Windsor operates using an Allocate Upon Arrival system. Specific unit assignments, building blocks, floor levels, and exact patio orientations are determined dynamically by the resort front desk team at check-in.

[b]HOUSE RULES / POLICIES[/b]

•Check-In Age & Identification: The primary guest registered on the reservation must be a minimum of 21 years of age at check-in. You must present a valid government-issued photo ID and a matching credit card upon arrival. Standard check-in begins strictly at 4:00 PM.

•Incidental Hold Deposit: A valid credit card is required at arrival to authorize a mandatory $250.00 security deposit hold. This temporary authorization is fully released after departure following a standard room inspection, subject to your bank's standard processing timelines.

•Check-In Requirements: Check-in is required with a valid ID and a matching credit card. Please note that the name on the official guest reservation must match your photo identification precisely.

• Standard Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation is available up to 3 days (72 hours) prior to your scheduled arrival. Cancellations made past this 72-hour window, or failure to show, will result in a penalty charge equal to the cost of the first night's stay plus tax.

• WorldMark Owner Bookings: Regular reservations must be canceled 30 days or more prior to arrival to receive a full refund of vacation credits. Reservations booked last-minute (within 90 days of arrival) must be canceled at least 10 days prior to check-in to avoid penalty.

•Strict Non-Smoking Policy: 100% smoke-free property. This includes rooms, balconies, and common areas. Vapes, e-cigarettes, and marijuana are prohibited. A $300.00 cleaning fine applies for violations.

•Strictly no pets. Only certified ADA service animals are allowed. Emotional support, therapy, or companion animals do not qualify under ADA guidelines and are prohibited. Unauthorized animals will trigger a $300.00 fine

[b]IMPORTANT NOTICE:[/b]

All our luxury resorts use a system called Allocate Upon Arrival which means the actual suite you will be assigned to is given upon check-in. These photos are a combination of all the different suites on site. If you have a floor, unit or building number that you would like to stay in, please do not hesitate to ask. The full-time on-site reservation check-in staff is happy to do their best to accommodate your request. Please note since we do not place you in an exact unit and this is done by the front desk staff, we cannot guarantee the requests, but will do our best to make sure they are accommodated. If your reservation is more than 4 nights you may be assigned to a new suite for housekeeping purposes. Keeping our suites up to luxury standard is our top priority.

The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $250 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee and $129 on the day of check in. Any damages will be charged upon check-out.

Excellent location

WorldMark Windsor is a perfect location for wine tasting in the Sonoma area and easy access to the Redwoods and Pacific Coast. We appreciate the amenities as well - full, sized kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. We will stay here again!

Great, quiet location. Only one complaint…

Clean, comfortable and well kept up property. Our only complaint is that cell reception was very poor and you have to pay for WiFi. I think it’s been nearly 15 years since I’ve had to pay for internet at a hotel.

Great Except Check-In

Check-in was at 4:00 pm, but did not have a room ready until 5:20 pm. The room we were assigned had a patio area that backed to the roadway. Staff was accommodating and moved us to a second floor room, but we did not get into the room until after 6:00 pm. Overall we loved the property and had a very enjoyable stay.

Noisey neighbors

Upstairs suite had teens and every night at 9pm, 11 pm and again 2-3am so much noise in our room no could sleep even an 11 year old child. Reported to office 3 times nothing stopped. So disapointed at this location even though I have stayed many times prior. Requested management to contact me. Silence...
