The Space
Nestled along the Gulf Coast, this 4-bedroom, 3-bath beach house is a coastal haven sprawling over 2,500 sq ft. Boasting direct beach access, it welcomes beach-goers, sunbathers, and families with the promise of relaxation from the moment they arrive. The fresh seaside air and panoramic ocean views enhance the charm of this Texas retreat.

Step into an outdoor haven that invites entertainment and relaxation. Offering a private outdoor shower to wash off sandy adventures and an array of outdoor furniture that beckons you to unwind. An outdoor charcoal grill, a kitchen sink to prep your fresh catch and picnic tables and relaxing chairs set the stage for creating culinary delights in the ocean breeze.

Adorned with coastal charm, The Salty Shark Shack exudes coastal elegance and modern comfort. With windows spanning the length of the house offers beautiful front row views of the ocean tides. The open floor plan connects the kitchen and large living space complete with a an eat in kitchen island that seats 10. The kitchen, a culinary haven, features gleaming white cabinets, heaps of counter space, a coffee corner and cocktail station creating a perfect blend of style and functionality.

As daylight fades, retire to the thoughtfully designed bedrooms. The primary bed room boasts a King Bed with an ensuite full bathroom (shower and bathtub) and a TV for late-night entertainment. The second and third bedrooms features a King Bed and TV for entertainment. The fourth bed room features queen sized built-in bunk beds (Queen over Queen) accommodating up to 8 individuals. Two separate full bathroom are also available for use, though it's not ensuite.

The pinnacle point of the house is the extended deck, providing a perfect vantage point for soaking in the panoramic beach views. If adventure beckons, take the ferry to Galveston Island for a day of exploration at the Pleasure Pier or Moody Gardens. Return home to enjoy a glass of wine on the deck and witness the spectacular sunset .
