When hunger strikes, you won`t have to look too far for delicious eats. And vibrant, high-end shopping opportunities await your indulgence as well.
Inside your home away from home, find a spacious main living area with ample seating, and a large TV. This space effortlessly flows into the well-equipped kitchen and dining area. The chef of your group will have no issue utilizing the kitchen`s ample meal prep space to whip up some tasty treats - before sharing them at the large dining table, or the breakfast bar. Also in this space, you`ll appreciate having easy access to a washer/dryer.
In each of the bedrooms, you`ll find that comfort is key. Simple yet tasteful decorations and welcoming color palettes adorn each room and Roku Streaming on every TV. Unwind in the primary bedroom`s large tub & shower after a day out exploring. Or lay down for a nap in the home`s central air-conditioning before enjoying a late afternoon/evening outside.

Dogs are allowed at this vacation rental, a maximum of two dogs under 50lbs each. The pet fee is $100 for the first dog and $75 for the second Dog

Optional Pool heating is available for $70/night and must be for the entire stay and paid at least 48 hours before arrival.

The ID of the primary guest must be sent in before arrival.
Any violation of Palm Springs Ordinances can result in a fine, and your stay will be terminated immediately with no refund.

We will be contacting you via text message the afternoon/evening before your arrival to coordinate your check-in. Please be sure that your profile has the correct phone number listed.

Your local managers, Jeremy and David, will be available to support you during your stay. The city requires a photo ID on file and an in-person check-in. To avoid reservation cancellation, the ID must be sent at least 72 hours before arrival.

Palm Springs City ordinances do not allow any outdoor amplified sounds (music, videos, etc) at any time of the day or night. This home is allowed 3 cars at or near the property. Quite hours are from 10pm until 10am. Any violation of these rules will result in immediate eviction with no refund and a possible fine from the city.
