The flowing, open interior features a welcoming layout with stylish decor and iconic Palm Springs imagery. High-grade, stainless steel appliances come equipped for gourmet meal inspiration, while the sleek, uncluttered design makes for seamless prep and cleanup. Grab a spot on one of the sofas to stream your favorite shows and movies on the smart TV, or kick back in the sitting area with a good book to enjoy some quiet reading. Master bedroom guests will enjoy private en-suite bathroom access and a dedicated desk in the bedroom for remote work convenience.

-1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool. Your AirBnB charges will NOT include your optional pool heat fee of $80 per night. Wonderful home base for our family trip to Palm Springs! The pool was bigger and deeper than we expected - a huge hit for the kids. Comfortable beds (mattresses on the soft side). The dishwasher leaves residue behind and there isn't a disposal, but the kitchen was otherwise great and well-stocked. We'd love to come back!

The house was comfortable and well appointed for our family of four. We loved the pool and hot tub and found the kitchen to have everything we needed! We were in town for a cheer completion and the location was in very close proximity to both the convention center and the downtown area, which made for a pleasant and stress free stay. Highly recommend this cute (and very instagramable) home!

Over all great stay. Quiet neighborhood, about a 10 minute drive from Palm Springs Airport. I called the rental company a few times. My call was answered every time and I was met with nothing but kindness. Very easy, and enjoyable from booking to checkout.

This was the perfect choice for our girl trip...2 moms ad 2 seniors in high school...it was very insta-worthy! LOL great location, super cute and safe....had a blast!

My family was very comfortable and happy at this property. Very spacious, cool and clean. Easy drive to shops and restaurants. We’d definitely would stay there again.

Perfect Stay with Poolside Fun and Cozy Comfort

We had a fantastic time at this VRBO! The pool was a highlight—clean, refreshing, and perfect for relaxing or playing around. The home was full of fun decorations that gave it a cheerful, welcoming vibe and included puzzles and games. The beds were super comfortable, making it easy to rest after a day of exploring. Plus, the kitchen was impressively well stocked with everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals together. Highly recommend for a fun and easy getaway!

Great stay

This property was very spacious, clean, with a huge backyard with pool and hot tub. The accessibility to the property managers was very easy, they were quick to respond to any issues. We had a great stay and would recommend this property to others.

Great Location Cool House

This unit is in a great location, less than 10 minutes from the airport, downtown PS, the Tramway and Victoria Park. It is close to the freeway so heading out to Joshua Tree and other points south was easy.Property is generally well maintained and worked for our family of 5.

Rancho Relaxo

We loved this place! We came to Palm Springs for Modernism Week, and this lovely modernist house, designed by architect William Krisel and built around 1960, fit the theme of our holiday perfectly. Plenty of room, quiet neighborhood, and indoor/outdoor living, as promised. We would love to come back.

Perfect getaway!

This was the perfect cute mid century property to Celebrate my 40th with friends. Host was amazing and attentive to our needs, right down to having wine glasses sent to us within the hour when we noticed they were missing. Thank you! Location was just a short drive from downtown and all amenities. Would definitely stay here again, I walked away jealous I don’t actually live in the neighbourhood.

Weekend trip

Overall the place met our needs. The place is run by a management company so communication is choppy since most of it happens via the app. There also is an extra charge for heating the pool which was odd, just build it into the price. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time so we could have had to pool ready upon arrival.

We list it separately so guests who don’t need it aren’t paying for it. That said, we disclosed said fee in our listing description to properly set guest's expectations. Great place - would recommend!

Tbh, I don’t use VRBO as often because it seems like every time I do, there’s always some unusual problem booking the property. This time was no different. Regarding the house, the location is just outside of easily-walkable to downtown. Located in a quiet neighborhood, it’s safe and easy to drive to shops and restaurants. The decor is lovely! Great design, fun vibe, comfortable beds, bedding and furnishings; so perfect to stay in a mid century modern home in Palm Springs! It’s clean and pretty well stocked. The pool is refreshing and was cleaned during our stay. Definitely not necessary to heat the pool in May! Because we never got a reply to an email I sent to the property management company, and another review mentions broken items, I’m adding that upon our arrival, the kitchen faucet and one of the showerheads were broken. These items need repair soon before they become bigger issues. The property management company did answer phone calls however, when I called enquiring anbout early check in and were very polite and friendly. All in all, our family had a wonderful time and I would recommend the home.

Never use Sunny Days Vacation Rentals !!

House was very clean and nice! The house cleaning service was awesome! No issue there! Beware of poisonous plants in backyard. That is an issue. Not dog friendly. The BIG issue is that we were totally ripped off by the property management company. There was no communication with the owners at any time. Sunny Days owes us a partial refund and they are ignoring us.VRBO did not step up to help. I have photos and list of inaccurate descriptions of the house… and photos of how we left the house. If I receive a bad review it is bogus - and revengeful. We left the house immaculate - with NO damage. Only my husband and I stayed there. I will NEVER go through SUNNY DAYS VACATION RENTALS Ever again. Based in Houston. There was no contact in Palm Springs. They violated Palm Springs vacation rental Codes - and I spent much of my vacation and money dealing with this horrid company.
