LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! The beach is right outside your door. We swam in the ocean everyday and had the pool to ourselves. The deck box had everything my son needed to build a sandcastle and toss the football in the pool.

This cute & cozy rustic beach cottage was perfect for our family of four. Our kids enjoyed every minute of being here & the location is amazing being right on the beach. The host was great with communication. Was very convenient having a washer, dryer & full kitchen. Definitely plan to return again in the future!

Perfect place in a great location

We had a wonderful time in Belleair beach. The place was quite and just as pictured. Its so close to the beach and the pool, you just feel you found the perfect vacation spot. Kathy was easy to communicate with. Will definitely be back.

Beautiful in Belleair Beach!

We loved our stay directly on Belleair Beach. It was not crowded, had a lovely deck and a great swimming pool. All amenities that we needed were provided. Fully equipped kitchen was so nice. Beach chairs, beach towels were a plus since we flew to the area. Restaurant recommendations were great. The owners were wonderful to work with. Easy check in process. We loved our stay!

Short Stay on the Coast

This place had a wonderful view of the coast. Although the weather was not the best for us, we made the best of our stay. It may have been the farthest location from the parking lot, but well worth the trip! Great deck for tanning and watching the sun set over the Gulf.

This place is very nice but the price is very high we have stayed here multiple times throughout the years and in other units on property 4 years ago we payed 1800 for the same unit hoping price balances out next year.would love to stay again

Great location!

The condo at Belleair Beach was quiet, clean and steps away from the beach! We really enjoyed our stay at this Vrbo condo. The 2 bedrooms and 2 baths were perfect for us and we really appreciated the beach towels and chairs. Thank you for the wonderful accommodations!

PERFECTION

Our family of 6 comfortably enjoyed this perfect location with a great porch overlooking the ocean, a fun pool and great food and activities in Clearwater and Indian Rocks just minutes from the house. All the beach supplies were provided and we brought our bikes and rode along the sidewalks each day. The beach feels endless in both directions with shells and beautiful birds along your walk. We even saw dolphins! This was a great Spring Break adventure!!

Excellent beach property for a small family

Spent a 4 day weekend in Clearwater with my husband and our two teens. This beach house was comfortable and perfectly situated for our needs. The view is outstanding and the area is quiet. We appreciated having access to the small pool and beach chairs and umbrellas.

Beach front stay

Family thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Property and unit were neat and clean. The property was located on the beach front exactly as described and shown in photos. Could see dolphins some mornings and evenings swim by from the living room. Kids ran out and watched from beach front too. There were beach chairs and beach umbrellas as well as sand toys and styrofoam cooler with ice packs in freezer ready to go for our long lazy beach days. Weather was great and while there is a pool on property we spent every day on the beautiful beach! Short drive for shopping and dining in Clearwater beach. Thank you and we certainly would stay again next time we’re back in the area!

Another great visit to Belleair Beach

This was our second year in a row here. Absolutely great time. The house was clean and well stocked. The close proximity to the beach was extremely convenient. Looking forward to next year's trip already.

Amazing location!

I would like to say don’t stay here just so it doesn’t get booked up for next year but it is absolutely amazing. The views are wonderful. The walk to the beach and pool are both so convenient. We had the best time and can’t wait to go back. The unit itself is great. They have it stocked with so much stuff and you cannot beat the view from the living room. Great place and location!

Beach Oasis!!

First off… the view… unbelievable!!!!! You can’t stay any closer to the beach unless you were on the beach! Great, fast communication with owner! Very clean and comfortable condo with anything you might need. Adorable beach decor and very “homey”!! Loved the location with it being close to the action (most everything within 10 min) without being in the middle of the action. I like things a little more low key. Beach was never super crowded and loved the option of using the pool! We will be back 100%!!!!!!

It is a wonderful property! The location is right on the beautiful beach. The condo has everything ( more that you can imagen for a rental). Kudos to the owner who is so thoughtful about this place which makes people vacation unforgettable. We are planning to be back for sure! The communication was excellent.

Paradise on the ocean

Our family had an amazing vacation on Belleair Beach! The condo was fantastic. Great amount of space for the four of us and you really can't say enough about the deck and the view. Morning coffee and evening cocktails were spectacular along with those sunsets! The beach was also a hit. It felt like you had a private beach, It was very quiet and relaxing. It was our first time staying in a house right on the beach and certainly exceeded all expectations. We will certainly be coming back next year. Thank you for letting us stay at this amazing place!
