We have just completed (March, 2026) a complete renovation of our Sterling Shores #312 one bedroom and one bath condominium home. The bathroom has a custom tiled walk-in shower with a seamless glass enclosure, quartz countertop, updated sink, faucet and lighting, and a chair height toilet. The kitchen has new appliances, a quartz breakfast bar, and new appliances as well as new furniture and accessories in the family room. The large balcony with a resort and gulf view, make our condominium home a true standout. Sterling Shores has just completed a complete renovation as well!!
Sterling Shores has an amazing GULFVIEW location across from a local favorite restaurant, Back Porch. It is a gated community on nine lushly landscaped acres and has almost 300 feet of private beach access. There are two pools, and one is gulf front and is heated seasonally. The other pool is fabulous for children, and your children just love it! There is a mushroom fountain and a zero entry feature that lets them be as deep in the water as they like--or just a few inches. Perfect for when they were younger! As with most things, LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION is the biggest benefit to Sterling Shores. It is close enough to restaurants to walk, and a few feet from the beach. It is also close enough to walk to The Track and very near Big Kahunas. Grocery stores including Walmart, Winn Dixie, Fresh Market and Publix and Whole Foods are also in the neighborhood.
