Venga a disfrutar de nuestra unidad del tercer piso bellamente decorada en Beach Resort, con vistas al Golfo desde nuestro balcón privado. Beach Resort fue construido en 2006, una pequeña propiedad de 64 unidades, con una fabulosa piscina de borde infinito de dos niveles de 5,000 pies cuadrados y 9,000 pies cuadrados de lápida para su disfrute. El complejo está cruzando la calle desde la hermosa playa de Miramar. El Beach Resort tiene 300 pies de acceso privado a la playa a pocos pasos de distancia. Ofrecemos servicio de playa GRATUITO (del 1 de marzo al 31 de octubre) que incluye la configuración diaria de una sombrilla y 2 sillas de playa.

-Cama tamaño King con mesillas de noche, lámpara de lectura y TV.
-Baño completo adjunto tiene una combinación de bañera / ducha, secador de pelo, paños y toallas de baño.

Litera y baño para niños
- Literas empotradas personalizadas con TV de pantalla plana.

Salón
El salón principal tiene un nuevo sofá seccional, una silla lateral y lámparas de lectura. El televisor está ubicado en el centro de entretenimiento junto con un reproductor de DVD y juegos de mesa.

Esta unidad para no fumadores, decorada profesionalmente, incluye un lugar de estacionamiento en garaje designado, wifi de alta velocidad, lavadora y secadora, y pisos cerámicos que crean un encantador y sofisticado destino de vacaciones.

We absolutely loved everything about this place. The pool was a hit between my 11 year old and my 1 year old. The beach service was an amenity that I never really knew we needed, and now we will never go without! Communication was always amazing as well. 10/10 recommend!

Great Get away!

We truly enjoyed this condo. It was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked. The pool was amazing and the complementary beach chairs and umbrella were the perfect touch. We would definitely recommend.

Family Summer Getaway

We had the best week! Condo was perfect, beds were comfy and the pool was awesome! The beach service that came with the condo was priceless and definitely an added bonus! The owners were responsive when we had a question during our stay. We would most definitely stay here again.

Mother Daughter Getaway

My mom and I loved our stay at this property! The location is perfect. Very short walk to private beach and the free chairs and umbrella were a great perk. The condo was well equipped with all that we needed. I enjoyed the peaceful pool/beach view from the balcony for my morning coffee. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Time Again!!

We absolutely love the condo and the Beach Resort as a whole. Location is amazing, pool is out of this world, beach chair service is maybe my favorite amenity. There is plenty of space in the condo for our family of 4. We are already trying to figure out which week we will be book for next year!!

Amazing week at the perfect place!

This is our second time staying at this complex and it never disappoints! Adam and Jennifer were easy to communicate with, very responsive, and this listing is extremely accurate. The unit was clean, the refrigerator is larger than other units, so there is plenty of space for food, and we had plenty of room as a family of four. We are already looking forward to our next trip!

Relaxation !

We have stayed 2 years in this Condo and it’s very nice. We would like to see a rug or mat at the back sliding door to catch any sand from feet but that is only a suggestion. We couldn’t be happier with the unit. We look forward to our next visit. And relaxation is the goal for us. We get it here.

Family Vacation

This unit was perfect for our family of four. The unit is very open, living room is large along with the kitchen being attached and open. The bunk room with the bathroom attached was fantastic. The pool at this unit is awesome!! The beach access is just steps away also. We had an unbelievable time and will definitely be back!!

Great 4th of July

The place was great and the location couldn't have been better. I was pleasantly surprised by how well stocked the kitchen was with everything I needed to cook, including a crockpot. Everything was clean and beautiful. My daughter and her family had the condo two doors and we had a great time going back and forth. We all had a great time and had no complaints.

Miramar to relax

We enjoyed our stay in this unit very much. The facility is older but the owners have kept the unit up to date and well maintained. We had a couple minor issues that were addressed right away. The common pool area is also well taken care of and gated for guests only. We felt safe in the area. The gulf is a short walk across the road, with private beach access. There is a nice walking path right out front of the building on which you can walk for coffee, meals, and a few shops.

Excellent week

Our first stay at this unit, but we have been to this condo many times. The unit was well priced, nice, well kept, the bed was comfortable and we loved the full size fridge. There were a couple spots the cleaning crew hadn’t addressed, but when my wife reached out to the owners they were apologetic and offered to have someone come out the next day to clean those spots. I don’t fault them for the misses on cleaning, but appreciate their prompt responses and willingness to quickly address the issues. While sports schedules dictate when we go, we will look for an opening here in the future.

This place is not good and I wouldn’t recommend. The owners were unwilling to work with us when we had to leave early due to unforeseen circumstances. The place had bugs and was unclean. We had to clean and do laundry as soon as we arrived. The keys barely worked in the door and the air conditioner struggled the entire time. The laundry closet smelled of mold/mildew.

Misrepresentation of the property - One bedroom not two bedroom

My family arrived in Destin, FL on July 7th , 2018. A few hours before arriving, I had to email the property owner because I had yet to receive my welcome letter with instructions on how to enter the property. Once entering the condo, we were shocked to find only one bedroom. The description had read 2 bedrooms and sleeps 6. I immediately called the owner and he stated that the hallway with the two bunks was considered the bedroom. The hallway had no door and was located adjacent to the kitchen/family room. Also, as stated in the welcome letter, his last renters had destroyed the sleeper sofa so they put in a sectional. He couldn't understand why this was a problem because the place still would sleep four and if we needed we could pull a blow up mattress out every night, move the furniture around and inflate the mattress and then every morning deflate the mattress and obviously put it away since it would encompass the entire living area. I am upset because the condo was misrepresented and with the last minute notification of the sleeper sofa being removed, my family was inconvenienced to say the least. The owner said that in the initial reservation, we stated that there were only two people. I am not sure as to why that would matter. My husband could have gone on a golfing/fishing trip with a buddy and the two men would have wanted two separate bedrooms as advertised. Would the owner have come clean about the true occupancy if I informed him there were two small kids and two others that moved their summer camp and decided to come? During our week there, the owner, at no time, tried to contact us to see how we were making it work with one bedroom. He knew that I would be trying to fit my kids on a very narrow sectional and that I was very concerned over this matter. I assume he knew that we would be stuck with the place as attempting to locate a true 2 bedroom with a sleeper sofa would be next to impossible the day of. Just a disclaimer, we ourselves have a property in Hawaii that we rent out and we have rented condos from Turks and Caicos to Colorado for a number of years through VRBO and have never come across this issue. Also, the numerous condos that we have rented, have had the bunk beds in the hallway and they have not claimed it to be a bedroom.

Thank you for your review. Our condo offers a master bedroom and another bedroom off the side of the main hallway containing a set of bunk beds and a full bathroom containing a shower, sink, and toilet for our guests who choose to sleep in that room. That room was not built with a door since there is no window and so far we have decided to leave it that way in case of a fire so that our guests would have a way to escape safely. However, our children have always slept in that room when we stay and it is indeed their "bedroom". Please understand there was no intent to mislead on our part as we always try to do whatever necessary to accomodate our guests. However, letting us know the day you show up that you have 6 people in your party instead of the 2 that your reservation was for put both parties in a difficult position, which hopefully you can understand. In the future please consider renting a larger condo at a higher price point so that you can have a better experience, especially if you think your party size may actually be triple the number of people in your reservation/rental agreement.
