Located in a picturesque setting at Las Catalinas, this home provides a unique experience with panoramic views that combine the serenity of nature, charming tile roofs, and the splendor of the sea in the background.

Upon entering, you will be greeted by an open-concept space bathed in natural light that highlights every corner of the house, painted in an elegant white. The minimalist decor creates an atmosphere of tranquility and sophistication, allowing you to relax and disconnect from the outside world.



The kitchen is the heart of this home. Equipped with modern stainless-steel appliances, it is the perfect place to unleash your culinary creativity. Without a traditional dining room, the house features a functional and stylish bar that comfortably seats four, ideal for enjoying your meals while admiring the beauty of the surroundings.



The spacious and cozy living room opens onto a balcony offering a spectacular view of the tile roofs and lush nature, with the sea as a backdrop. This space is perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine or simply letting yourself be carried away by the tranquility of the landscape.



The house has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, each with granite finishes that add a touch of luxury and elegance. The master bedroom, an intimate retreat, is equipped with a king bed and a private bathroom, ensuring maximum privacy and comfort. Both bedrooms include spacious closets and air conditioning for your comfort. Need a travel crib? No problem! Just reach out our concierge team to arrange one. Keep in mind they are subjected to availability and have an additional charge.



The house is fully equipped with A/C, ceiling fans, Smart TV, high-speed internet, as well as a laundry room for your convenience. As a guest of this property, we also include complimentary amenities such as salt, pepper, cooking oil, shampoo, and soap. There are other bonus items for your personal use such as beach towels, folding beach chairs, a cooler, and more! The property features a smart TV where guests can access their own streaming services, but cable service is not provided.



In order to maintain the security that everyone deserves, it is necessary to present the identification of the person who made the reservation at the time of check-in. We greatly appreciate your support.



About the area



Las Catalinas is located on a majestic 1,100-acre property, an architecturally unique Mediterranean Style Beach Town that is totally walkable and offers many on-site amenities such as an ocean view beach club, several restaurants, grocery store Copper & Stone, spa, gym, hotel, cafe, outdoor outfitter Pura Vida Ride, hiking and biking trails, and more! The beach is only a 1-minute walk from the property and is perfect for swimming, kayaking, and stand-up paddleboarding.

The town is vehicle-free and makes a great place to relax, meet great people, and have the best vacation possible!



Las Catalinas Beach Club, Daily Pass Options:



Beach Club Adult Pass: $30 USD + 13% VAT, with $15 redeemable in consumables. Access subject to availability.



Beach Club Child Pass (8 to 12 years): $15 USD + 13% VAT, with $10 redeemable in consumables. Children under 8 enjoy free entry with limited access. Access subject to availability.



Swim & Gym Pass: $20 USD + 13% VAT for access between 7 am and 10 am only. Perfect for early birds! Hours may vary, and access is limited and subject to availability.



Important notice: There is currently a building under construction behind the house, so there may be noise at certain times.
