Increíble casita frente al mar.

Ofrecemos una hermosa casita FRENTE AL MAR en Penca Beach, una mágica, secreta y pequeña playa de arena blanca a solo 25 minutos de Tamarindo. Esta galardonada playa es reconocida como una de las playas más bellas del país.

La casita está ubicada en una propiedad de 1 acre frente a la playa, bellamente ajardinada con palmeras y almendros. La brisa del mar llega hasta la casa, que está a solo 10 pies de la playa. Grandes puertas correderas conectan el estudio con la terraza y la playa.

La playa de Penca se encuentra en una bahía tranquila, justo enfrente de la isla Chocoyas, donde los huéspedes pueden disfrutar de kayak, remo y snorkel en aguas cristalinas y tranquilas. Realmente único para disfrutar de la privacidad, conectarse con la naturaleza y encontrar el equilibrio.

Esta casita grande, luminosa y confortable viene totalmente equipada: cocina, nevera, aire acondicionado, internet y agua caliente. La propiedad es atendida por una pareja local que brinda servicios de seguridad y limpieza las 24 horas.

Desde nuestra espaciosa terraza, puede ver brillantes puestas de sol, desayunar o disfrutar del mar de día o de noche. La terraza está decorada con una hermosa fuente de estilo español.

La playa de Penca ha obtenido 8 años seguidos el premio de "Blue Flag Beach", un reconocimiento otorgado a las playas más limpias de Costa Rica. Accesible a cualquier coche. Carretera pavimentada hasta 1 milla antes de la playa. El pueblo más cercano es Potrero, ubicado también a 1 milla de distancia de la propiedad, es un hermoso pequeño pueblo de Guanacaste con supermercados, restaurantes, cantinas y una pequeña iglesia.

No hay escasez de buenas opciones de restaurantes en la zona, con Flamingo y Catalinas a solo 10 minutos en coche. Otras playas increíbles en el área incluyen Conchal, Prieta, Sugar Beach o Danta. Todos los tranquilos paraísos de arena blanca se conectan con la naturaleza.

Wow. Never had a harder time leaving somewhere. Never been closer to the beach - and felt it was our own personal beach. Soft sand, waves crashing, and never saw more than a dozen people - hidden gem! Digna / Omar were fantastic, communication was on point, and very hospitable. Location seemed a bit sketchy driving through but learned was not an issue and super safe. Isolated enough to be quiet, 10 mins from shops, cafes, restaurants, 40 to Tamarindo.Hidden gem! Cant wait to stay here again!

The property was delightful and our late arrival still was warmly welco ed by the manager and her husband. We felt safe to walk the beach and surrounding streets which have some great little eating places. This place was the perfect end to our stay in Costa Rica.

I love this place! I wanted quiet, relaxing, peaceful and unique! It was allOf them! I was afraid it was too good to be true but it was all that I’d hoped for! The care takers were amazing. Everything was very clean when we arrived and we had everything we need to eat in as planned. There are some restaurants very close within walking or driving a few stores to chose from and we felt very safe roaming out. There were a couple of things that kept if from being five star but not even worth complaining about. The price was beyond reasonable, the onsite hosts were wonderful and the studio was comfortable and beautiful! If you want spotless, bug free or a maid you may need a five star hotel or resort but for me, it was a dream spot!

Absolutely Epic

The pictures of this place don’t do it justice at all, not to mention the hospitality. As far as I’m concerned, we won’t stay anywhere else next time we are in CR on this side of the country. Hands down the best place to stay on a beach in the world.

Amazing stay!

This property was beautiful. Close enough to walk to things but far enough away to feel secluded. Loved waking up and sitting on the beach drinking coffee. Hammocks during the afternoon thunderstorms were fun. This was an incredible space for our anniversary/birthday trip.

Great Beach Front Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront studio – it truly exceeded our expectations in so many ways. Being directly on the water was an absolute dream! The location is serene and beautiful, with the ocean just steps from the terrace. Waking up to the sunrise over the calm bay and falling asleep to the sound of the waves made this a truly peaceful getaway.The road to the property is a bit tucked away, and it took us a moment to realize we were in the right spot – but once we found it, we knew we were in for something special. The parking area was convenient, and we were greeted by a friendly cat who seemed to be a regular around the grounds, which added to the charm.The property is beautifully landscaped, full of birds and little crabs that made the yard feel alive with nature. The studio itself was clean and cozy. The on-site caretakers were kind, attentive, and always ready to help without being intrusive.If you’re looking for a peaceful, nature-filled stay right on one of Costa Rica’s beaches, this is the place.

This was better than described- such a gem to stay here! Beach was amazing and seen lots of fish snorkelling.Was our favourite place out of our whole trip! We plan to stay here next time we come down.

Beach was not crowded which is what we wanted. Sodas were a great place to enjoy the local cuisine. Must do dinner at Sentido Norte - food and service was outstanding.

Perfect Location!

We absolutely loved this place. The beach/ocean was only steps away from the house. It was never crowded and felt semi-private; would have been completely private if not for a public access street/parking nearby. There was a canopy set up on the beach for us and we were able to take the lounge chairs on the patio out on the beach. The ocean was amazing. Perfect temperature, clean, and fairly calm during day. The apartment was attached to the house but it was still nice and quiet. The king bed was very comfortable and the walk in shower was nice and big. It was verl clean and well taken care of by Omar and Digna. KThey were very nice and hospitable. I wish we could have stayed longer - it was our favorite place so far in Costa Rica

Amazing stay

What a gorgeous beach and area! So quiet compared with flamingo beach. You can’t beet that view from the room, kitchen and shower! Best sunsets ever. Soft sand beach swimmable.

A true jem!

We weren’t really sure what to expect, when we arrived it was more than we were expecting! Dinga and Omar were always so helpful. The grounds are well maintained and the apartment is steps from the beach. We felt like we had the beach to ourselves some days. It was a little tricky to find the first day as Waze couldn’t recognize it but we found it off the map from the website. We will absolutely be back! Pura Vida!

Paradise on Playa Penca

We loved every minute of our stay. We had the beach nearly to ourselves and the sunsets were incredible. It was a short walk to a few nearby (and delicious) restaurants. We also walked into Surfside a few times - maybe a 25 min walk.Digna was very friendly and quickly responded to any questions. The room was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Everything was perfect. We hope to return on our next trip to Costa Rica.

Great little getaway right on the beach. Clean cozy and comfy.The unit is just as the website says. Basic simple kitchenette but perfect for the 2 of us. Ample utensils plates cups glasses etc to prepare simple meals.A/C woworked as did the appliances.Worth stating here

Amazing location right on the beach!

Traditional Costa Rican space, ie hot water in shower only. Some maintenance needed - lights over kitchen didn’t work, fridge missing shelves. It's all about the location!! Fabulous beach!@Fabuloubeach walk

Digna is the best. She easily accommodated our requests—all through WhatsApp. I am not used to using WhatsApp, but it was definitely the de facto in this area of Costa Rica!

Little Blue House

Walk out the sliding glass door and onto the beach. Wake up and fall asleep with the sound of the ocean. Perfect set up for a single person or couple. Basically a good sized room with a large king bed, small table and kitchen corner plus a bathroom. We stayed a week here and absolutely loved it. So peaceful. 5-10 minute walking distance to anything you need. Groceries, food, ice cream. Host was amazing

Unbelievable location

We absolutely loved our stay, the location we hands down the best I have ever experienced. We arrived after dark in the middle of a rain storm which made finding the property a bit challenging but luckily the caretaker was super responsive and quickly helped. The location is within walking distance of several good resturants which was great too. Honestly my only complaint and it really pretty minor is that the hot water was a bit lacking when it came time to take a shower. Otherwise we had a flawless stay, despite the rainy weather.
