Guest Access
You have access to 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry room(shared), kitchen and all living area space. Approximately 2000 sq ft. Owners reside in other 2 bedrooms portioned off the main living space. No garage access. Separate entrances. Plenty of street parking. Beautiful new deck with panoramic ocean view! Deck is shared with large partitions for privacy.
We include every 2 weeks cleaning service (typically on Fridays).

After the reservation is confirmed, we will ask for a government issued ID and ask you to agree to our house rules.

House Rules
• Checkout time is 11am
• Check in time is flexible
• Outdoor quiet hours from 10pm-7am. Excessive noise complaints or violations may result in being removed from the property without a refund. There is a city noise ordinance that prohibits loud noises after 10pm. The property is in a quiet residential area with longtime residents including families with kids and senior citizens who are sensitive to noise. Violation of this ordinance will be reported to VRBO and will result in calling the authorities and an immediate removal of all guests from the premises with no refund.
• NO events, parties, large gatherings, or loud music. No groups such as reunions, bachelor or bachelorette parties are accepted. Filming and Photoshoots are prohibited without Host’s permission. There is a minimum fine of $500.
• NO smoking of ANY KIND permitted in the house. There is a minimum cleaning fee of $2000 if any smoke is detected.
• NO pets. There is a minimum cleaning fee of $1000 if any pets, hair or urine/fecal matter are detected.
