The very clean house, screened in pool and large dock were exactly as detailed. We greatly enjoyed our 9 day stay. We rented a boat for the duration of our stay and had it tied up to the large dock for easy access every morning. The property was easily water accessible to the entire North End of Marco Island, including Keewaydin, where we visited daily. We were also just a few minute drive to all the great restaurants and shopping that Marco Island has to offer. We look forward to visiting Marco Island again and hope this property is available when we do so. The furnishing were very comfortable and the location of the home on a quite cul-de-sac was very welcoming.

A perfect Christmas getaway

We enjoyed staying at Patty's Marco Island home during our vacation. The location to Tigertail was a short bike ride and we enjoyed the boat dock as well, a short distance out to the main waters. Thank you again for renting your home to us. Many memories were made and we look forward to coming back and staying again soon!

Our family had a great time. The owner is very responsive and helpful. The home was clean and as advertised. Between the house, pool, beach and boating, this was a vacation to remember. We are looking forward to going back.

Tiger tale house on water

We had a wonderful week in Tiger tale neighborhood of Marco Island. Home was clean and well appointed. Lovely pool. Owner was easy to reach and very accommodating.

Tiger tail beach stay in January 2020

Everything was as listed. The owners were wonderful to work with. The house is clean and has everything you need. It is in an absolutely beautiful neighborhood. We would definitely recommend 😊

Clean, fabulous enjoyable time!

Very clean and spacious property with friendly neighbors and great neighborhood! Pool was absolutely fantastic, to where we were in it all of the time, if not at beach! Very close to beach and owners were fantastic! Will stay there again, if ever in Marco! :)

Highly Recommend!

We loved our vacation in this home. Within 5 minutes of arriving, a dolphin swam up to the dock! The pool gets sun for most of the day, and we saw beautiful sunsets from the lanai. The house accommodated our family nicely, and was very clean!

Wonderful!

We stayed at the house with our three young girls. We loved the pool and dock and made a manatee friend who visited us every morning! The mango tree with the most delicious mangoes was a plus! We hope to come back for many more summers.

Very nice rental home

We had a great stay in this home during the week after Easter. The home is in good overall condition, and the pool and screen-in patio are great. There are lots of useful amenities: bikes, fishing rods, beach chairs, etc. The location is very good, on a quiet cul-de-sac and close to Hideaway Beach (good for us since we have relatives there), Tigertail Beach, and short drive to the Winn-Dixie.

Great place to stay

My wife and I stayed at this home for two months in 2012 and 2013. We really enjoyed ourselves. The house was really nice and the location was great. We actually saw a dolphin in the canal behind the house one year and a manatee this year. The home owners were good to deal with and very professional. The solar heated pool was really nice. If we return to Marco Island, we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Great location

Close to Tigertail Beach. Close to the grocery store. Property was clean and as described. Only thing that could have been better was a regular sized cooler and a heated pool in November. Too chilly for me, but the kids managed to get in for short bits. All in all a great place to stay. Check in/out was easy. Owner easy to communicate with. Would stay again.

Comfortable, enjoyable stay at Marco Island

Home and property were exactly as shown in photos. The home was so clean and we had everything our family of 4 needed for a wonderful relaxing getaway. Plenty of space and the lanai/pool area was our fav family dinner spot bc of the amazing sunset views. Being on the canal was fun for our teens bc of fishing & kayaking, and dolphins right off the dock. A bonus was that the owner referred us to kayak rental companies that deliver and pick up your kayaks. Hope to visit again!

Very nice house!

I stayed at this house with my family for a week in April 2009. This is a very well-cared for house. We enjoyed the lanai with pool and the view of the canal behind it. We even saw several manatees put on a show for us right at the dock. The homeowner was very pleasant to work with. The house is close to the beach and many restaurants. We also found many activities that we enjoyed, including an awesome jet-ski tour with Captain Ron. I'd highly recommend this house to anyone.

Excellent rental, beautiful home

We had a great experience with this rental home and owner. We frequently rent homes both through companies and individuals and this owner was by far one of the best. She kept in communication and was so helpful when unfortunate circumstances required adjustments (additional days) to our stay. The home itself is as described. It was comfortable, welcoming, clean, and well stocked. And (no offense to the owner) the patio and pool area was better than I anticipated from the photos! Our kids loved the pool and dock. I definitely recommend this rental and hope to return in the future.

Better than expected!

We had a great family vacation at this property! Plenty of space for our five. The pictures didn’t seem to do the house justice. Very nice home and very spacious! The upper pool deck has a gate that closes it off from the pool so the kids could run around up there and still be outside but not be by the pool water. Patty was a great communicator throughout our stay. The home seemed very clean. We will definitely be back if the opportunity presents itself!

Really Happy!

The property was beautiful and exactly as described. Everything was very clean, which isn’t alway the case for rentals so we were extremely pleased. The owner was also very responsive and a pleasure to communicate with! The house had all of the amenities one could want. I love baking for my family (yes, even on vacation!) and the kitchen had all I needed including a mixer, measuring spoons, cookie sheets, pie dish, etc. The pool was warm and our kids loved playing in it for hours at a time. Also, true to the listing, there were plenty of pool toys, beach equipment, and towels. We would absolutely recommend this property and can’t wait to return!

Great House in Marco Island

Please take this review as 100% positive for this home in Marco. The pool was always warm with solar heating so you don’t have to pay the “extra” charge to heat it. All new appliances and a wonderful patio to eat meals outside. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of beach towels and any extras you usually don’t see at the rental homes like coolers and even detergent for laundry. Please do not overlook this home. It was a great stay. Of course just not long enough ! Will M. And family. Cleveland Ohio
