This charming Bungalow on San Salvador Paradise, is the perfect place to getaway from all the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Kick off your shoes, grab a drink and get into the laid-back groove of island living. Features include two bedrooms, two bathrooms, Southern exposure, a garage, a boat dock and quick, direct-access to the Gulf of Mexico. There is also a large covered patio to lounge around in or grill up your favorite bbq as you watch the big game on tv. Hop on your boat and experience world class fishing or go for a cruise and explore the 10,000 islands. Our area is famously known for it’s amazing kayaking and paddle boarding. We have miles of trails and protected waterways for you to adventure out on and enjoy the natural beauty of the mangrove islands and beaches that surround us. Whether you are on the dock or on a boat, you’re sure to see lots of wildlife. Tons of Dolphins, manatees and pelicans call "Capri" home and are always passing by or putting on a show.
Isles of Capri is a tropical island that boasts and abundance of wildlife, four great restaurants and three marinas. Located one mile from Marco Island & only 20 minutes away from Downtown Naples with its sophisticated shopping & five star dining. Our area is famous for its white sand beaches, world class fishing & boating and fantastic golfing. Capri is the perfect place to sit back, relax and unwind.
San Salvador Paradise Canal View Home will make you feel at home in a vibrant neighborhood where you can enjoy our area with everything at your hand! Why is it so amazing? Wonderfully located, very easy access, overlooking the canal. Nice Kitchen with everything you need to cook a wonderful meal, your favorite glass wine or beer to enjoy the outdoor leaving. Dinner table for 6 people offering maximum comfort and convenience.
Master bedroom has a King size bed, private bathroom and spacious walking closet and TV. Guest bedroom has a king size, and TV.
Leaving Room has a sleeper sofa, recliner and TV.
Call us for additional information, for rental boats, kayaks and paddle boards rentals. dive shop only 15 min away for dive gear and fishing rentals. Charter Captains nearby to spend to spend a day on the water and bring home the "Cacth of the Day!" (Our restaurants offer a service to cook your catch!)

Very clean and relaxing

The house was in a very quiet and cute neighborhood. Easy walk to a few restaurants. There wasn’t really a check in process per se, just got a code and went on in. Very easy. Owners were very responsive when messaged. Would stay again, but space is probably not meant for more than a few people as there are just two beds. Very large space for entertaining though. Owners were up front about patio door challenges which was nice to know before we arrived and started using it. Overall a perfect stay

Great stay at Isles of Capri

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home on the water. The house was in excellent condition and immaculately clean. The kitchen was well equipped for all our cooking needs. Two bedrooms, both with very comfortable king sized beds. The location on the canal allowed for beautiful views and entertaining fishing. It's a very quick and easy trip to Marco Island and the many amenities there. We enjoyed the excellent waterfront restaurants within easy walking distance from the house.

Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay at Rex's house. It is located just outside Marco island on the Isles of Capri which feels like an oasis. The neighborhood was quiet and not a lot of traffic. We took nice easy walks, including some very good restaurants close by.When we ate at the house it was always in the screened in porch with the canal views.The house was well equipped, with comfortable beds and nice furnishings.Communication was excellent with the owner/host who responded quickly to my inquiries. He was very flexible with our check-in time.Thank you Rex for a great stay.

Great place

Nice, quiet location with walkable restaurants and quick drive to Marco beaches. House is well equipped with towels, beach chairs, ect. Neighborhood is great for morning walks!

Nice Getaway!

Visiting the area for the first time. Great location with quick access to Marco Island. Good space. Very clean. Quiet neighborhood with walks to restaurants. Unfortunately the weather was cold which limited our outside usage.

A Thanksgiving to remember

This house was everything we hoped it would be for ourselves & our friends for the week of Thanksgiving. A true home away from home, this place is very well stocked and we were able to cook lots of wonderful meals! Spacious and well layed out to entertain and feel comfortable with two couples staying. Quiet street, loved being on the water, highly recommend for a peaceful retreat.

Much more than expected

Well appointed open concept home away from home. Very comfortable and spacious. Fishing from the canal and the visit from a LARGE manatee was a bonus. Minuets from several great restaurants and short drive to beaches. Huge kitchen. Host was very accommodating and responds right away. This house is obviously enjoyed by its owner as the garage and boat are off limits… but who can blame them. I will be staying again when visiting Marco

Home was just perfect. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay and I brought my dog. Great outside space! Dock was a nice bonus! Also great communication with Rex. He was most accommodating when we wished to extend our visit. I will be back again

Moving Day

This place is perfect. I am moving from Florida to Ohio and needed a place to stay while packers and movers were in my house. This place was only 2 blocks from my house and a great retreat while the movers were making it crazy. Would love to use it again for a vacation

Wonderful!

Better than expected. So peaceful and cozy. Well equipped kitchen and water view is great with occasional boats passing by. Everything clean and fresh smelling. Beds comfortable and bedding very clean and so soft! Not much traffic so walks and biking safe. Hosts are so kind and accommodating.

Hidden Gem

We had a great time at this lovely home. They have everything you can imagine to use in the kitchen, only thing missing was a pizza cutter, but we made due!!! Great sized rooms. We had our two dogs with us, and it was great to have a nice sized yard to walk them in. Beautiful sunsets from the backyard. We look forward to staying again in the future. Rex was very helpful and prompt to reply to emails. Overall, a great place to have lots of R&R!!! Make sure to visit Pelican Bend, great family-owned restaurant less than 3 minutes from the home.

Love the location

The location to the gulf by boat was awesome. 15 minutes tops loved it. Location in general was great close to the public ramp by boat and truck. Will definitely stay again if available.Thank you for opening your home to my wife and I and also our dog.

You won't regret it

We were in the area for a wedding and so wish we stayed one more day. The space was clean, comfortable and peaceful. Perfect for a week or weekend getaway!
