Welcome to Aspens Townhome 6, a spacious 1800 square foot 2-level townhome with attached 2 car garage. Proudly marketed by Okanagan Vacation Properties, this property is the perfect mix of luxury and location that will have your family coming back year after year!
Create your most memorable Big White holiday yet in this premier property that includes the best ski-in-ski-out access to come home for lunch or whatever reason (your kid forgot their pass- oops!). Aspens is directly accessible from 8 different lifts and is right on the main night ski run.
Featuring 3 large bedrooms (2 with ensuites), a private hot tub with a beautiful view, and extra large kitchen with workspace and built-in bar, the property is ideal for 2 families to share or a working holiday. It is also a village location with an easy walk to all the restaurants and shopping. There is also a free shuttle for when your legs are tired from a long day on the slopes (subject to Big White shuttle schedule). And of course, the rare access to 3 included parking spots (2 in the attached garage and 1 in the underground parking garage below the unit).
Stepping into the townhome, you will discover a large entry with tons of room for all your boots and coats. A ski locker is just outside for easy ski access. The small dryer helps warm your wet gloves/boots. Walk upstairs to enter the large, opulent living area with an open living, dining and kitchen. The kitchen features almost every appliance you could wish for, in addition to your typical cooking needs. There is also an office nook and a bar cabinet with wine fridge and bar glassware. The deck opens to a private hot tub with amazing views of the Monashee Mountains and a piped BBQ (direct propane fed with no tanks to change or run out!) Also on this floor is a main bath and the luxurious Primary suite with a King bed, walk-in closet and ensuite featuring a steam shower.
Downstairs beyond the entry hall, you will find 2 more bedrooms, 2 baths and the washer/dryer. The bunk room features 2 XL bunks with a full bath outside the door and the 3rd bedroom is like a second primary suite with a Queen bed and ensuite.
When not skiing or enjoying the outdoor beauty of Big White, the townhome features 3 large flat screen smart TV's, cable, an Xbox with lots of games, board games, cards and fast wifi to keep everyone entertained.
If one of your vehicles is too long for an average garage, it should fit in the underground parkade. And all your other vehicles should have no problem fitting in the attached, private, double garage.
