Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volley ball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience. Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay. It is a catch and release Lake.

Other activies include Lake Louisa, which is 10 mins away. Lakeridge Winery offering free wine tasting and only 20 mins away, and close to Margaritaville offering water park, dine in Movie Theater and loads of local Restaurants. Only a 60 minute drive to Florida Gulf Coast offering great beaches such as Clear Water Beach. Fast wifi speed and all smart TVs in all bedrooms.

Located in a prime location in the Clermont area, just 5 minutes to I-4 for easy access to all of the major attractions. Close to Champions Gate, Posner Park shopping and Publix Plaza, World Class Golf Courses, and perfectly located within 20-30 minutes of all of the popular parks such as Disney World (15 minutes), Universal (26 minutes), SeaWorld (23 minutes), and Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park (10 minutes).

Home is equipped with keyless smart locks and alarm. Access is typically the last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

The space
This single level villa is laid out for groups who value both shared moments and personal space. Two king master ensuite bedrooms anchor the home, each with a king bed, smart TV, ceiling fan, and private bathroom. One of the master suites opens directly to the pool area and includes a rain shower and bidet. A third bedroom offers a queen bed, while a Mickey-themed fourth bedroom features two single beds and a smart TV. For added flexibility, the family room includes a queen-sized sofa bed.

Living, work, and entertainment
The main living area invites everyone to gather, with comfortable seating, a large smart TV, and fast WiFi verified at 287 Mbps. A dedicated workspace in a common area supports remote work or planning the day’s adventures. The air-conditioned game room adds another layer of fun, featuring arcade games, a pool table, air hockey, life-size games, and its own 65-inch TV for movie nights or friendly competition.

Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking and casual meals, complemented by a dining area that keeps everyone connected. Whether you’re preparing breakfast before heading out or enjoying a quiet evening in, the setup is designed for ease rather than formality.

Outdoor living
The private backyard centers around an inground pool and spa, available year-round with optional heating for an additional fee. The pool area includes outdoor furniture, sun loungers, and a dining space that works just as well for cool winter evenings as it does during warmer days. A private BBQ grill is available, and the yard is open and not fully fenced.

The home is pet-friendly, supports long-term stays, and offers self check-in with a smart lock. For safety, exterior security cameras monitor the front and back of the property only.

No restrictions in getting around. Lots of parking and all free. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Overnight parking is available at the clubhouse parking lot. Uber and Lyyft are readily available. Our driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs
