The Space:

Welcome to our Newly remodeled house, where style, comfort, and convenience seamlessly blend. Located just a stone's throw from Green Lake and a few minutes from the University District, our prime location places you at the heart of Seattle's finest urban and outdoor experiences.



The elegant and sophisticated decor offers a tranquil home-away-from-home experience during your stay.



Perfect for families or large gatherings, our elegant 4-bedroom residence offers sleeping arrangements for up to 12 guests, including 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 1 full bed, and 2 queen sofa beds with 3 full bathrooms.

This is a 2-story single family house with some steps to the entrance.



The Main Floor:



- A seamless integration of the kitchen, living areas, and dining room, ideal for both relaxation and entertainment.



- Master Bedroom + Bathroom: 1 King bed + en-suite bathroom with a shower, and double -sink vanity.



- Second Bedroom: A queen bed with two night stands.



- Third Bedroom: A full size bed in the room.



- Full Guest bathroom: The bathroom features a modern design with a two-sink vanity and a sleek bathtub, enhancing both functionality and style.



The Lower Floor:



- Forth bedroom: A queen bed with two night stands



- Second Kitchen: The second kitchen offers added flexibility for multi-family stays, allowing for greater convenience and independence. It's fully stocked with essential appliances, including a microwave and stove.



- Second living and dinning area: The second living and dining area includes a queen-size sofa bed, providing additional sleeping space and comfort.



In Unit Laundry: Onsite washer and dryer to get your laundry done with ease.

Perfect for those who enjoy a vibrant, yet relaxed atmosphere with abundant cultural and recreational opportunities.



Getting Around:

Highly walkable with superb transit connections. Numerous bus lines or a short drive/Uber can swiftly get you to downtown.

- We welcome families with children, but please note that the home is not child-proofed and please supervise children at all times.

- Maintenance workers (e.g. landscapers) may stop by to work on exterior areas, but they won't be allowed inside the home without your permission. Also, there might be pest control measures in place that include baits (e.g. ant baits) inside the home. While they are usually placed in areas out of reach for pets and children, please don't leave them unsupervised.



*** Fees & Pricing ***

- Regular rate is for 8 guests, additional guests are $25/person/night up to a maximum of 12 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests.

- We have dynamic pricing, rates change daily and we don't honor yesterday's pricing.

- We stick to our cancellation policy, so consider getting travel insurance to secure your booking.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING:



1.【NO PARTY OR EVENT】

We have security system and outside surveillance cameras that will be triggered by noise and motion. We will call Airbnb to force evacuating the party groups based on Airbnb's policy. $300 fines will be charged for violating the rule.



2.【QUIET HOURS 10PM-8AM】

We try really hard to be clear about our expectations of our guests as well as what you can expect from our homes, and we believe most of our guests understand that and are awesome! But we did have enough trouble incidents that we have felt the need to outline in detail the guidelines we expect guests to follow, first and foremost being the quiet hours between 10pm and 8am which is really for the sake of our neighbors sanity. Really our goal is to provide the most a comfortable and clean well kept rental home, as well as, an awesome Seattle experience.



3.【NO SMOKING】

If any signs of smoking are detected, the guests agree to pay a $300 violation fee.



4.【NO ANIMAL】

Unfortunately this property is animal-free, NOT animal friendly because the homeowner is highly allergic to animal danders/hairs. Please DON'T book if you plan to bring an animal with you. Also note if an unauthorized animal is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged.



5. 【NO SHOES】

We appreciate that you are helping to take care of the cleanliness of our house! Please kindly remove your shoes when you enter the house.



6.【Self Catering】

This is a self catering home. We will provide an initial starter supply such as toilet paper, etc. Extra supplies will need to be purchased from the store at your cost.



7.【Early check-in】

We’ll be happy to accommodate early check-in but there is an early check-in fee of $200. Availability is based on whether there are guests checking out on the same day as your arrival, so we can ONLY approve on a case by case basis once confirming with our cleaners that the home will be ready. Please check with us 1 day prior to your check-in date.



8.【NO late check-out】

Unfortunately we can't accommodate late-check out, since we usually have same day check-in and we need to give our cleaning crew enough time to tidy up the house for the next guests.



9.【Dispose trash in the right bins】

Please sort out garbage and recycles and dispose those into appropriate cans. If you are not sure, please leave them inside house and let the cleaner take care of them.



10. 【Lost & Found】

Please take all of your personal belongings before you check out. If you forget something at the house and would like us to ship it back to you, we will charge $100 handling fee + the shipping fee (receipt will be provided).

Wonderful location! Very clean and plenty of dpace for all of us to relax after sightseeing. Check in and out super easy.

Amazing

The place was so nice and so clean! We had a great time. They had everything set up were so sweet. The backyard is adorable! If you’re looking for a place to stay with a big group, I truly recommend it. There was so much space for everyone. And, Renee was such an amazing host!
