Stylish 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath boutique townhome with no shared living walls and no units above or below, offering privacy and a quiet stay.
The open main level features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a large island with seating, and a comfortable living area with a gas fireplace, smart TV, and games. Dining is available at both the island and a small table.
The primary suite includes a king bed, smart TV, full-length mirror, and an ensuite bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom and guest bath with tub make this home ideal for couples or families.
Family-friendly amenities include a high chair, pack-and-play, kid-friendly dishware, hotel-quality linens, brand-new furnishings, and a full-size washer and dryer.
Enjoy the fenced backyard or relax on the private rooftop deck. Walk or bike to Boardman Lake, the Loop Trail, Oryana, restaurants, parks, and beaches. Downtown Traverse City is a short drive away.
