One of the best places I've stayed -- clean, well decorated, everything we needed! AND it was super close to everything, had garage parking, and the roof top was AMAZING!

Great Vacay

Great location Downtown and the center of everything going on. The accommodations were excellent and we enjoyed our stay visiting wineries and the restaurants downtown.

Everything was as expected. I always try to choose a VRBO that will be spotless and I was not disappointed. There are a lot of stairs and one bathroom is not on the same level as the bedrooms. The garage is not easy to pull into with a large vehicle, but otherwise, we were very happy with everything. Thank you.

Great location within walking distance to downtown. Cool rooftop and condo. Lots of stairs but you get used to it. Would definitely stay again.

Very beautifully condo !

This home was beautifully decorated, very clean, nice amenities with a nice rooftop area. Close to downtown and nice walking distance to many restaurants and shops ! Highly recommend!

Family Get Together

We were there for a family wedding and enjoyed our stay. The rooftop deck was nice to relax and watch the sunset and the location was good for walking and getting around to other locations in the area.

Great Location

This was a beautiful place to stay. The location is perfect for walking to the beach and browsing downtown Front street. Not for people that have difficulty with stairs as there are a lot of them!

Perfect location for our needs! Walking distance to Fromt Street and the beach! Very well Decorated clean condo with comfy beds and a great rooftop perfect for fireworks! Equipped with everything you might need!! Would definitely recommend! Hope to be back some day soon!

Perfect for Weekend

Nice condo in a great location. There are a lot of stairs but that was fine for us. Only thing I would suggest is more flatware so we wouldn’t have to wash the dishes so much and a note that it is a heat pump so the heat comes on slowly.

Stay here!

When you arrive you’ll be greeted by a VERY clean and well decorated atmosphere. The condo is well stocked with supplies for your stay, and the beds and pillows are new and comfortable. The hosts were easy to communicate with and respond promptly. You can’t go wrong with a private rooftop deck right downtown Traverse City!

Wonderful place!

The location is perfect! Very clean and the decor is so cute. The only thing I would suggest, would be a gas or heater on the patio if staying in the cooler weather. This was a girls weekend and we all would stay here again. Highly recommend!! If you cannot take stairs, then find something else, as there are a lot.

Great stay in TC!

Our stay in TC was so fun! The property was very clean, which is my biggest concern when staying at a vrbo. Pictures didn’t show the amount of stairs at the condo, but it wasn’t an issue for our family. Keep in mind that it is a lot of stairs! Our almost 3 yr old did great, but they did make me a bit nervous if I’m being honest. Overall, great experience and would definitely stay here again!

Great Vibe in a Great Location!

Wow, my dear friend from Seattle, who joined me on our girls' weekend, was absolutely thrilled with this condo! She usually lives on a 35-foot sailboat, but the layout of this condo gave us both our own personal space, while also providing enough room to hang out, catch up, and watch some good old romantic comedies together. The location was perfect and so walkable to great restaurants and shopping. We were so grateful for the additional parking spot since there was no way I was going to be able to maneuver the double-cab Ram truck into the 1 car garage. All in all, it was a great time in TVC.

Nice modern place...but...BEWARE THE STAIRS!!!

A modern, clean well equipped unit close to the lake and close to front street. Good launch point for touring both peninsulas. The three sets of stairs are STEEP, the treads are NARROW, are constructed of a vinyl that is a bit slippery, and each tread has a bull-nose creating an uneven tread. If you are young/athletic...no problem. If you are over age 60 or have mobility issues BE VERY VERY CAREFUL. The best way to ascend/descend with groceries/luggage is ONE STEP at a time, and the safest way to descend with luggage is backwards, similar to descending a ladder.

Traverse City never disappoints

Condos location was good with easy access to Front Street, shops and restaurants. Roof top deck was nice with great view of water and condo over all was well appointed and big enough. A couple of thoughts for future renters. We thought when we chose to rent they had a king size bed in one of the bedrooms and a pull-out couch which they did not. We must have dreamed that. Wish they had a little more furniture on rooftop deck as it was really nice up there. The condo place itself needed some upkeep with long grass that needed mowed and dog poop laying around (I am sure someone just didn’t clean up after their dogs). Last note, if you have a car of medium size or larger do not plan on parking in garage. You will never get in and out of it. However they did provide another outdoor spot next door which was convenient. Overall it is a nice place I would stay at again.

Traverse City vacation

Everything was great from the check in to check out. The property was super cute, and had everything we needed! We were able to watch the fireworks from the rooftop, and it was awesome!

Great getaway!

We enjoyed our stay in Traverse City over Memorial Day weekend. The condo is beautifully furnished and has everything you need. There were 4 of us there for the weekend and it was really nice to have 2 full bathrooms instead of having to share just one. The upstairs patio and view of the bay are beautiful and will add more seating space once it has seating. The location is great--walking distance to anything you want to do in the downtown Traverse City area, and it's easy to get back to the main roads if you want to explore by car. Both the owners and the property manager were helpful and responsive leading up to and during our stay. Highly recommend! Thanks for a great place!
