This property provides a perfect escape for you and your favorite family members! Thoughtfully decorated with playful accents both inside and out, the space provides a cheerful and lively atmosphere for everyone! This light and airy space has plenty of natural light and has an open and spacious layout. Comfy and relaxing, the space is appealing to guests seeking a bright and open experience. Guests will have full access to the entire property. A fence surrounds the entire property making it a perfect dog friendly space. Up to 2 dogs are allowed and there is a $50 pet fee that will be billed separately.

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO! It’s truly very pet friendly — fully fenced front and back yard, turf throughout the entire backyard, and even provided dog bowls, mats, and a pooper scooper. They also had couch covers so our fur babies could relax comfortably. The home was extremely clean and cozy.We did have a small hiccup at check-in because the keyless entry battery was dead, but once we reached the host, she responded and helped us get in. We replaced the batteries so we could come and go easily throughout the weekend. Other than that little adventure, everything was great.I would definitely stay here again — especially because of how friendly and accommodating the host is with pets. Highly recommend for anyone traveling with pets!

We found this gem on a last minute get away! Location is perfect, amenities great! We loved all the coziness & charm this house had to offer for our family. The kids loved all the games & the ice cream truck came down our street was a plus!

We enjoyed our stay. Would give a 5 but there were a few inconvenient things. Had to enter through the backdoor because front lock on door broken and light bulb on porch was burned out and main light in front room. Couldn't find bulbs so had to replace with a lamp in living room. Response was good and other than a few things it was enjoyable.

Great weekend

The property accommodated our family of 5 and 2 dogs well. The kids enjoyed the games at the house and the dogs had a nice safe and secure backyard to run around in. The beds were comfortable and each room had a TV so there were no fights over what to watch :). The house was also convenient to the seawall and everywhere we needed to get. Communication with the owner was great and was very responsive.

Awkward stay

The house is definitely a cool and breazy beachhouse with a fun atmosphere. However, please update your listing, the house is nowhere near 2100sqft. Also, we were unable to get the trundle bed to lift up and adjoin to become a double bed as listed. The house is a shotgun style house where you have to walk through the bedrooms to get to the bathroom and kitchen, so when staying with friends it's very awkward to maneuver when someone is sleeping. In other words, there is no privacy. Communication with owner was slow and awkward, while the host is "Kristy" we seemed to be communicating with "Lara" who did not know where the items we needed (pillows and toilet paper) were. When we asked about extra toilet paper (there was only 1.5 rolls for the 6 of us), we were directed to a non-existent key to a door with a code lock. We found ants in the kitchen. The street was busy so parking on the street felt dangerous. The house was cute and the location was fine and there was a connect four game that the kids enjoyed, but we didn't feel it was comfortable for friends with kids.

Price was good and it was easy to find. Only draw back is that it is not well insulated and very drafty. We froze the first night.

Nice place but owee might need a new cleaning company.

Be aware there is a ring camera. Nice quiet neighborhood. Everything was great except that when we arrived the bed and couches were filthy with dog hair and dirt and old gum on the sheets. We found some sheets and washed the comforter. After contacting the owner a company came out and took all the dirty stuff. Other than that everything was great

Perfect little getaway!

This adorable 1899 bungalow was perfect for our needs! Close enough to the beach and the historic downtown. It was clean and so cute! It was doggie friendly and plenty of room. All the amenities were available. We would gladly stay there again!!

We loved staying here! Check in was easy, everything was super clean, and everything we needed was provided. Our kiddos and our dog loved the back deck area. We would love to stay again!
